2Thessalonians 2:1-12 is about the man of lawlessness being the son of perdition/last antichrist who takes his seat in Jerusalem claiming he is God in the end of days for 3 1/2 years causing all to take the mark of this beast, Rev 13. If those who are Christ own refuse to bow down to this beast and take its mark will die a martyr's death by being beheaded, Rev 20:4.

Mat 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

Jesus ends tribulation at His coming. So the end of tribulation. Rev 16:15
The harvest of the wheat and weeds is at the harvest time starting with the weeds. Nothing was noted of a early harvest of the wheat. They both grow up together until the harvest.
The 7 letters were sent to 7 churches that existed at the sending. Those who existed that the letter was sent as the church of Philadelphia have long since passed. And in that manner Jesus words were "fulfilled". Even if you could state others as the church of Philadelphia, (you can't from scripture), passing away like Josiah before the hour of trial is a possible "fulfillment" of Jesus's words. You have assumed rapture and that as the only fulfillment.

If I could find a cohesive teaching of saints pulled out alive before the tribulation in scripture I would be like minded with your belief. But I find a cohesive teaching of a harvest or gathering of saints from the ends of the earth to the ends of the heaven on the last day the coming of the Lord who ends tribulation and ushers in everlasting righteousness in a kingdom that has no end and can never be destroyed,

Never said I wanted to change anyone as I do not force my understanding on anyone and no, I do not know everything just like you and everyone else as all we can give is our own understanding. This attitude of yours that you are right and I or anyone else is wrong because we do not agree with you is nothing more than a prideful heart in one who does not show the fruits of the Spirit they need to be displaying as respecting others within their understandings.
