OK: We are living in the USA let's say? And for every good thing that God does, satan has a counterfeit. And here are a couple 'Spiritual Gifts from God' that satan seems to use perhaps even most, to do his evil 'twisting' work from Gen. to Rev. for his lying results. That of Miracles to man's false lying Tongue. If so, can we tell the difference?? It seems that most all of creation are bent on emotion, excitement, noise, numbers of people, and surely we hear of miracles even from the USA T.V. fakes, with their zap this one & zap that one, and falsely claiming the power from God that does so.

So lets just see some texts from both the O.T. & the N.T. for what God actually teaches.


John 9
[24] Then again called they the man that was blind, and said unto him, Give God the praise: we know that this man is a sinner.
[25] He answered and said, Whether he be a sinner or no, I know not: one thing I know, that, whereas I was blind, now I see.
[26] Then said they to him again, What did he to thee? how opened he thine eyes?
[27] He answered them, I have told you already, and ye did not hear: wherefore would ye hear it again? will ye also be his disciples?
[28] Then they reviled him, and said, Thou art his disciple; but we are Moses' disciples.
[29] We know that God spake unto Moses: as for this fellow, we know not from whence he is.
[30] The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.
[31] Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Who believes that? So it is required that the person, that was Christ, [IS DOING THE WILL OF GOD!] If not, who is doing the miricle work?

Isa.59

[1] Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:
[2] But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

So again, do you believe Inspiration?? And when one claims these 'gifts' who are teaching openly seen false doctrines, who is it that hears & answers their unrepentant prayer? Do you believe that God is TRUTHFUL or not is to be DECIDED on by all, before He comes again! The 666 testing will find the majority already to have made this DECISION!

2Thes.2 (in part)
[1] Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him,
[2] That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand.
[3] Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;

(Think! In Christ's ex/CHURCH, who stayed put.. 'FALLING AWAY', and who FOLLOWED CHRIST OUT??)

[8] And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

(yes, surely, that negates more of satan's false rapture stuff being taught! but take note of these next verses of God allowing satan to test mankind!)

[9] Even Him, [whose coming is after the working of satan with [all power and signs and lying wonders.]

(And they have got to be believed for one to be lost, huh! And God said that He would send strong delusions!)

[10] And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
[11] And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

(NOTE VERSE 24 BELOW! IS THIS NOT ALREADY 'DECEIVING' THE ONES OF REV. 17:1-5? Something surely has, right?? Note the above again.. 'all power and signs and lying wonders! And what is it that you are hearing today that satan has truely counterfieted! And we also see 'signs & lying wonders' today? this brings up false everything, but mainly Gen. 3 finds the lies of satan still being taught for Truth. And false miracles? and God answer's the open sinners parayer? NO WAY, NONE! Again John 9:31 & Isa. 59:1-2 above! )

SO: Where are we at today?? Here are Christ's Words!
Matt. 24
[21] For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, [no, nor ever shall be].

[22] And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened.
[23] Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not.
[24] For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, [if it were possible,] they shall deceive the very elect.

OK: Are you one of the elect?? Do you believe Christ? We are told in the Masters Word that there is nothing new under the sun. Eccl. 3:15 You need to ask yourself who it was that were working the miracles against God in Egypt!

As I oftentimes mention, there are the elect of race (a family lineage, ie. Israel) and the elect of grace. The former are earthly seed of people that inherit earthly promises (which exist for the purpose of God) and must not be confused with personal salvation (grace) although God plans for them to receive grace as well. The elect of grace can be both Israel and Gentiles. To quote J.H. Allen,

When it is race, it is, "Whom I (God) have chosen."
When it is grace, it is, "Whosoever will, may come and take the water of life freely."
When it is race, it is, "I have called thee by my name; thou art mine." In grace it is "Whosoever believeth," of whom the Lord says: "They are mine.â€
In grace it is, "Come."
In race it is fate, destiny, kismet.

Now, all that being said, I truly believe the chosen in Matthew 24's context are the chosen of race. In the end times, the Jews, for example, will rebuild the temple. The beast to come will fool everyone, including those of his chosen, to be fooled into thinking he's the Messiah. So Jesus is telling them to watch out. This is why Jesus also mentioned the "abomination of desolation". Of course prophecy repeats itself with this abominable image in the temple---- it happened before Jesus with Antiochus Epiphanes. It happened again in AD 70, and then John writes in Revelation 13 (see also revelation 11) which was after AD 70 a similar thing. Of course there has been no temple since AD70 so that goes without saying that another one will be built for this to happen again.

Jesus is BOTH physically and Spiritually elect.

He is the inheritor of the Abrahamic/Davidic promises being the son of Nathan (legally thru Solomon), the son of David, the son of Pharez, the son of Judah, the son of Jacob, the son of Isaac, the son of Abraham. I did that from memory so I skipped a few generations for simplicity. That gives Him the earthly, physical promises by Father Abraham, and these physical promises are typical of God's Kingdom here on earth. He has the spiritual component by His father God as the seed that born Jesus was by the Holy Spirit. So from the spiritual end of things that whittles down the genealogy quite nicely.

Those who identify with Christ get both components which is why the mystery of the gospel is that Gentiles would become fellow heirs (of both). Otherwise, to get only the former physical promises, one would have to be physically born, i.e. the birthright. and that does not imply such a person is saved.

But what did Jesus get from Abraham? He gotten the promises that Judah received, mainly the promises of royalty to rule over other people. He also gotten the priesthood since as Hebrews teaches the priesthood was changed from Levi to Judah (although in reality there are indications Jesus had some Levitical blood in him thus merging the two offices). This was foreshadowed by Melchisedek where Levi paid tithes to the King thru Abraham. Melchisedek was a type of eternal Christ who "before Abraham I am".

Then, the chosen of grace, the Church will become Kings and Priests according to Revelation. That is the reason why because it's an extension of Jesus' role.

Now, all that said, there are also promises of becoming many nations (I.e. Abraham was to become a father of many nations). These are also elect people, but many are merely possessing the birthright (not necessarily spiritually saved). They have to exist for Israel to become many nations, and spread to the east west north and south. For those not chosen in grace out of this group, they will enter the millennium under the reign of Christ and His church. A greater salvation to the masses will come later.

The elect would be the chaste, humble, sober people who love the Lord with all their hearts, minds, and souls, and love their neighbors as themselves.

The elect are those God chose in Christ before the world began, and had their names written in the Lambs book of Life before the world began.

They are made manifest in time by their believing of the Gospel, the True Gospel, not a counterfeit gospel..

That sure seems like a required 'first work' to become one that was an ellect one, huh?

There is a common salvation through his name "Immanuel."

There is a high calling through his name "Jesus", the special household of faith.

Let us make our calling and election sure. Let us press toward the prize of the high calling of God in Jesus Christ.

Many are called (common salvation), few are chosen(household of faith and grace).
