And which day is the best?


I love Night time because I come home and relax, it is time to really have fun with family. You tend to forget or leave behind all struggles in the morning.

I like Saturdays too - fun and enjoyment. No work. :guitar :sing :headphones :bounceball , movies , friends etc - no day like Saturdays.

Mornings for me. That's when I have the most energy and on weekends, since I'm typically up around 5:30 or so, it's a nice time to enjoy a coffee on the deck, watch the sunrise, listen to all the birds, and no MOSQUITOES! :p

Now that we are getting into the autumn weather evenings can also be a nice time to relax on the deck under the stars without those pestering insects.

Same here. At times, it's like a curse, being such a morning person. I wake up every morning by 6:00 at the latest. But this is the best time for me. The sun comes up through our bay window and naturally fills the room with a glow. It's quiet with no house noise or commotion from the neighbors, and my thoughts are clear without the clutter of thoughts from the day. My time alone with God. :yes

Sunday mornings are the best, because I feel less guilty about not getting anything accomplished.

I'm an owl...my best time of day is after the kids get to bed. Usually that's my alone time, at least as long as we are still in the mode of Steve's being gone during the week. Mornings for me are rushed...we get up and running at 5:00 and I have to get the kids up, breakfast, everyone ready to leave for the bus stop by 6:15. When I get back, it's time to tackle feeding the critters.

But, at night, after everyone is in bed and it's just me and the dog and whatever cat happens by...that's my time for me.

And... since I'm a chronic insomniac and I usually stay awake until 2:00-3:00 am...I have lots of "me" time. (I don't really sleep for long stretches at a time. I usually take a couple of longish naps, one around 2:00-3:00 until 5:00am and another one around 10:30 until around 1:00 or so and then one more very short nap, about 15-20 minutes in the early evening, right after supper.

It's during the night hours that I do a lot of things that I really like to do...write, read, 'Net Surf, watching something on Netflix....if it's a warm evening, I can get in some good star gazing. It's a good time.

This is rather a new schedule for me, born out of this past year of all kinds of quirky things happening...but it's working for me.

Saturdays, indeed, are great and special. Enjoy! Relax at home (although our naughty kids are there to provoke you).
Spanish League (La Liga), Premier League, Italian Football league - and so on are always played on Saturdays, specially. So, you have something that keeps you busy throughout the day;)
