That a known criminal who has active warrants and is currently engaged in ongoing combat and fighting officers who has already been tased and is now continuing to resist and not comply with the officers orders scrambles into the car presumably to get a gun...so I shot him.

Now you know that he had cops yelling at him to get on the ground. That's what they do. If he was on the ground instead of getting into the car, I bet he would not have got shot. In the passion of the moment it seems totally justified to shoot him in the back so he does not have a chance to turn and fire. Quickly getting into the car instead of obeying commands is an escalation to an already tense situation.

First, the man was not the officer's prized kill. What world do you live in?
Second, when I take that shot at a deer, it is carefully calculated, I take my time, and I make sure to place an accurate kill shot the first time. For that reason, I have never used more than one shot to drop a deer, ever.
Now, if the deer or let's say it was a grizzly was attacking me and I was in fear of my life, I would unload everything I had into him.

How does the video depict it racial? Just because the officer was white and the man black? The video doesn't show everything and in fact would likely not be adequate evidence alone in a trial. That's what I'm talking about. You are making assumptions based on one video that is incomplete evidence.

I'm not on anyone's side. I cannot make that judgment. That is what we have a court system for. It's not even Biblical to use the one video as damning evidence.

I think that’s the problem JLB. Some people think it’s ok to beat up on women or commit sexual assault without any consequences. When they get called on it, they don’t think they have to take accountability for their actions... it’s always somebody else’s fault.

This whole BLM movement has really gotten out of hand. With the Democratic Party pandering for the black vote, they have really empowered the movement while turning a blind eye to the destruction this movement is causing.
