I think that’s the problem JLB. Some people think it’s ok to beat up on women or commit sexual assault without any consequences. When they get called on it, they don’t think they have to take accountability for their actions... it’s always somebody else’s fault.

This whole BLM movement has really gotten out of hand. With the Democratic Party pandering for the black vote, they have really empowered the movement while turning a blind eye to the destruction this movement is causing.

I agree with those verses. But they only tell half the story and really don’t apply to this situation. I really think your using those verses out of context.

10 When you march up to attack a city, make its people an offer of peace. 11 If they accept and open their gates, all the people in it shall be subject to forced labor and shall work for you.12 If they refuse to make peace and they engage you in battle, lay siege to that city. 13 When the Lord your God delivers it into your hand, put to the sword all the men in it.

First, there is a war being fought in America. A war over the ethics and morals that underpin our great nation. God commanded His people to eliminate evil cultures that occupied the land God granted them.

we always offer peace, but if peace is not accepted, we do not allow evil to conquer over good.

What is scary is the reality that we are no longer a Christian Nation and the current values in America are being lost to a mentality that is both lazy and selfish to the point where they don’t take accountability for their actions. They have become gods to themselves that wish to rule outside of Gods laws.
This shooting is a prime example if this. He has a prior record of sexual encounters and has 6 children and he is under 30. While I’m glad he did not opt to abort them, I’m willing to bet these children do not share the same mother. This is a further sign that he holds no commitments to anyone except himself, and he only accounts for himself under his own terms.
As a society, we can not allow this. Imagine if there was no law and order. You don’t have to look any further than CHAZ before it got shut down. That mentality does not work. Furthermore, the Police take an oath to serve and protect. The police were doing their jobs serving and protecting his girlfriend when she called 911 on him.
I applaud the police officer who shot this man while serving and protecting both himself and the community. To think the Police should just allow an evil person to kill would be more evil in itself.

Yes, in the context of being sent by Him to preach the Gospel, we are to become martyrs.

What is scary is that all love has been lost. I live near Seattle and know what took place. The devil is working overtime with dividing people. I agree there has to be people out there responding to the devil's work, but they need to not have a spirit of fear when they enter those situations.

It seems that we are okay with killing or shooting at people maybe cause they had a criminal past. I literally heard someone on this very forum state: "we're just sending them to hell faster". I was mortified by this statement.
