White police vs. American blacks

Tend to to agree that this was irrelevant.
because a person of violent past already having shown he has likely will again.prison isn't nor can it really effectively 100 prevent a person from going back into, old habits .not, even the church or God can stop you from sinning .

I,guess he would magically live with seven holes in his chest with exit holes in,the back but ya know go seek out a local agency and ask them to train you and go to the academy and then talk.

one of my military jobs is law enforcement.I could go this route but yeah.civilian laws that are very much hindrance to effective law enforcement is why I never will.that and politics of it .

But don't we need to look at this event , without prejudice? Without worrying about the track record of either police or the man arrested.
I will admit that the man resisting arrest looked like he was reaching for a weapon. But that doesn't seem conclusive yet, from what I've read.
7 shots in the back does sound like an overreaction, to my mind. It does seem like police error. I feel sorry for them. They are doing a tough job. I think I would make mistakes under such pressure too.

look I have been around a few rapists .I posted a I forgive one ,but i willl be damned if I will simply not be concerned over those types .trust is hard on this .

I used to have more respect for your opinions, but its events like this that expose our hearts and reveal the nature of the fruits we bare. I'm sorry to say, but yours is looking a bit on the sour side.

This man had a sexual record? SO WHAT! Was he caught in the act of raping someone when he was shot in the back seven times? If he wasn't, then why do you use it to justify these horrible things for yourself?

You claimed earlier that we are a nation of laws, but you speak with a forked tongue and you are full of hypocrisy. Our Laws set forth institutions, Courts, and Judges and such. A system of laws that are meant to provide JUSTICE under those laws. Something the Pharisees forgot too. But you don't seem to like these laws, you seem more than happy to justify a cop as being the sole judge, jury and executioner.

When a people are crying out for EQUAL JUSTICE under the law, you want to keep them in their place. Then you go to great lengths to defend the actions of someone who would deny them any form of justice under the law, because you justified in your mind that he deserved it.

You use your laws to OPRESS people; this DID NOT JESUS DO!

Do you suppose yourself as one ready to rule and reign with Christ?
With respect, we will all be judged on an individual basis.
Yes, the man was shot seven times in the back. Would it have made a difference if it we're just once?
Tell me, how do you think the Police officer should have handled this?

Actually, why don't we talk about the whole story. Can you tell me what we know about how this event went down?
And what words of mine to you see as being hypocracy? Can you show me with my own words where I've been so?

"When someone resists arrest and they attempt to walk away, which happens often...that in and of itself is not carte blanche to use deadly physical force, period."
from the article

American culture is getting ridiculous and scary. I think it's because of the economic situation, above all else. The un even criticized America for too much poverty, deep poverty, and growing inequality.
Race? Look, I am not trying to minimize race...its a factor, just not the primary issue.

The real problem? Most non white groups in the united states have less money than the average white person. But make no mistake...

The big factor is money.

a tazer didnt work ,do you, suggest politely just tell the caller sorry we just can't and they leave?

cops from, the UK and Canada asked us to send help to both
Canada and the UK .they don't know how to deal with riots

More from the ex detective in the BBC article

"The retired detective adds that if Mr Blake threatened deadly force, drawing weapons could be justified. But he says it's "particularly disturbing" that an officer grabbed his shirt with one hand and fired with the other.

"It didn't appear to be life threatening at that particular point and holding someone in place so you can shoot them, unless they are actually armed at that time, seems wildly problematic."

He was reaching for his knife.

The whole story is coming out now.

Sadly, you can't seem to see the forest for all the trees. It's not just about this black man being shot seven times. It's the same tired old excuse about the poor frightened cop being threatened by an unarmed black man while a 17 year old white boy armed with an assault rifle can stroll right up to the cops after just shooting people, yet the cops didn't feel threatened by him. Why do you think that is?

You obviously have ignored all the facts.

This is typical of those who are looking to divide, their whole perspective is built on emotion and predetermined mindset.

You letting the main stream media shape your thinking, and therefore you are promoting their hate filled rhetoric.

Because the blacks and burning down buildings and rioting, thinking that all they have to do is shout Black Lives Matter and they can get away with murder. And they have.

They have declared open season on police.

When you fight the police and disregard their warnings and go to a vehicle to get a weapon then you can expect to get shot, and shot a lot. I don’t care what color you are.

Tell me, is this how you would respond to Christ?

What does that have to do with enforcing the law?

What does Jesus say to the lawless?
