Who are today's great thinkers?

There are many giant intellects from the past, such as Galileo, Aristotle, Descartes, Russell, Einstein, etc but today's press seem far more interested in transitory politicians and pop singers than truly interesting, worthwhile people.

With the exception of preachers, who, living today, are the intellectual giants we should be listening to very carefully?

In today's world they're probably hidden within giant corporations taking credit for their accomplishments. Everything they think of or do while employed by the company belongs to the company since most require inventions or like patented anything to be relinquished to the company.

uh no. he would have sat by and let the jews die. germany didnt intend to attack us. if we merely continued to give japan steel we would have never been attacked until later.fdr stopped steel production in order to get japan to stop the agression. i didnt work and they broke ties and attacked.
