the pr-24s were removed for a reason. I will have to ask.

I'm guessing that it's because it is so easy to kill someone with a PR-24...or so I've heard.

if you are using it wrong it would kill. one doesn't aim for the head with any baton, nor groin, nor sternum , tail bone, and back. its meant for soft tissue impact. google escrima sticks and what they do.
