Who Was The God That Men Had Seen in the O.T.?

I don't know what you are referring to. What do I want you to take literally in the OT, but not in the NT?

For one; You don't believe Jesus is Lord of both the Old Testament and the New Testament.

3 For I could wish that I myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my countrymen according to the flesh, 4 who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the law, the service of God, and the promises; 5 of whom are the fathers and from whom, according to the flesh, Christ came, who is over all, the eternally blessed God. Amen. Romans 9:3-5

He is our Savior, both OT and NT.

Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ,
To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ: 2 Peter 1:1

and again

11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works. Titus 2:11-14

as the Father testifies of His Son

But to the Son He says: “Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom. You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”

And: “You, Lord, in the beginning laid the foundation of the earth, And the heavens are the work of Your hands.
Hebrews 1:8-10

The Son of God laid the foundation of the earth, and the heavens are the work of His hands.

He is the Lord.

Not a lord, but Jesus Christ is Lord.

Our Savior, our Redeemer, our King, our Lord and our God.

He is Christ; The Son of God.

Amen! We can be one as they are. Not a oneness of being or deity, but a oneness of unity and purpose.

Perhaps a bigger picture is [in order?]:

John 17:11
And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, [that they may be one, as we are.]

Why don't you just tell me what the bigger picture you see is, so we don't waste time with me guessing what you are seeing?

Just did. Need more?

Philippians 3:21
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.

Simply quoting a verse does not tell me what you are seeing in it. I believe both verse as they are written, so I assume we are in agreement concerning them.

You see, supposedly, unity and purpose while still in the vile body. I don't because it's not scripturally possible.

I see the eventuality of Oneness with God, in the Perfected Spiritual Body of Christ.

Romans 15:5,6 (KJV)
5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: 6 That ye may with one mind [and] one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:10 (KJV)
10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and [that] there be no divisions among you; but [that] ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
It seems to me that Paul thought it was possible while yet in the vile body he wrote of. This certainly won't happen unless those who attain it are granted such oneness by Yahweh.

I suspect that's why he included judgment. Honesty about our situation is kinda mandatory understanding to be in agreement and in truth. But that obviously poses other issues because judgment is on the table for the vile body.

By Yahweh's grace we can overcome our vile body and be of one mind as long as that one mind is the mind of Messiah in us (1 Corinthians 2:16).

I believe the "judgment" spoken of is how each believer judges situations, doctrines, etc (1 Corinthians 2:15a). When we are in agreement and harmony with each other, then we are "in the same judgment."

Only if we are "honest" about it. Doesn't change what it factually is. Gal. 5:17.

It's the judgment of hatred. Luke 14:26, Proverbs 8:13, Romans 7:21 etc.
