Good question. But if you had to drink any, I'd go with the raw milk variety from a cow that is not stressed out. As it now stands, I don't drink milk, but I do eat butter and cheese.

The author then goes on to state other forms of milk that may be better, but then again, all I say is watch the processing, and I won't say any more on that.The only thing that makes me believe that raw milk is still worthy of consumption is that government policy is so much against it. Anything public officials try and convince us against is usually very good for us and vice-versa. However, that could also be due to the natural competition raw milk offers to the pasteurized milk industry which the government supports…and the higher-ups hate competition.
