Why is FLAT EARTH such a threat?

Can you take a stab at the question in the OP?

What would you say the reason is that this particular topic, of all the wild and stupid things being discussed out there, is so volatile in the mainstream? Why do you suppose it is such an enormous threat to the status quo?

Youtube is littered with stupid content.

Flat Earth videos are buried with contrary videos and outright censored and some people even lose their channels for publishing Flat Earth material.

Why is Flat Earth such a threat, Riven?

I don't think it's a threat. People are free to believe whatever they want. But the science is in. The earth is not flat. Lol.

Very powerful people are massively threatened by it and have spent hundreds of millions of dollars in their efforts to cover up the discussion of it and to censor any and all videos or articles about it all over the internet.

That's pretty significant.

Apparently there's really something to it.

We had all better start really looking into it and find out what is so massively important about it.

If they're willing to go to those extremes to keep us from knowing anything about it, it must be something critically important to us.

Hundreds of millions? That wouldn't even begin to cover it. Do you know how many thousands of scientists, engineers, etc., would have to be paid off? Have you considered that that is only in the U.S. alone? There are also the many more thousands around the globe and not only that, it would require the cooperation of governments everywhere, governments of extremely different ideologies who pretty much don't agree on anything and either have been at war or very close to it, even nuclear war. But, the secret that the earth is actually flat is so important, that all these governments are willing to agree on this one thing, and pay off hundreds of thousands of people, over numerous years, costing hundreds of billions, if not more.

And that's just to start. Do you see why a coverup is so unlikely that it is impossible?

Are there any deathbed confessions?

It's not impossible at all and you're talking about a totally different subject than I am.

I'm discussing the amounts spent on censoring all the Youtube videos in favor of Flat Earth.

I'll challenge you to prove my point.

Find one single Youtube video that promotes Flat Earth and post it here.

Just one.

You can't do it.

There are hundreds, if not thousands, and you won't find any of them as they are deleted, censored and buried under thousands of Flat Earth spoof videos mocking the concept.

If it's so innocent and stupid, then why is there such a concerted effort to silence the concept?

Post a survey map ,navigate using a sextant which actually disproves your idea.

Ever heard of flat earth maps that distort the image and you can't navigate without using a gm angle .

Magnetic to grid angle .a degree off will have way out there at even 5 kilometers .
That's military usages .surveying is and must be way way more accurate .you are talking about so accurate borders surveyed centuries agi without a computer still usable .

Photoshop didn't exist In John glenss day .

If flat earth was true all gm angles wouldn't exist as the compass and the mapp north would be exactly the same .

I have nagisted in wa where the gm angle was three degrees,in some areas it was less then a degree .it's based on true north ,magnetic north and the north on the map they .

My history hobby will have me reading survey plats .
 
Often survey markers are no bigger then a dime ,it a bench mark they are huge .these are verified often especially if needed .

My county has survey markers that the Spanish ,the u.s army and navy marked still in use .homes here reference the spanish survey .

Seriously dude I personally know two retired military pilots ,two or three civilian pilots .

Ah no .
To shoot artillery acurrateky and to actually launch proves NASA and the army account for how gravity pulls and the earths .

In my time In Afghanistan we used Russian made maps .they were as accurate as ours .no satellites used but aircraft to make them.

All military and civilian maps use the spheroid surveys made over a century ago and accounting made for noticeable changes to include runway desigmations.

That would make simple driving from point a to be problematic in how they know where to put roads .

That's why I posted it .videos can be faked .
 

I have inclinations to do survey work .if I was younger I might because I would bank making money on two hobbies

Surveying history and or reading on it for a reference to create property .

My uncle and fil are banks of old Florida history going back to Ponce de Leon .

We reference them as needed
