Would Jesus Get Banned On A Present Day Christian Forum?

So, when I don't ask a question, you tell me to ask a question. When I ask a question, you only tell me to "think about it." :shrug
It is readily apparent to anyone. So an answer from me would just cloud the matter.
Jesus was the Jewish Messiah. He did not come to start a new religion but to fulfil the promises of Abraham's faith.
We are grafted into the Jewish nation not a separate faith.

Then that's all you'll get from me.

Unless Jews believe in justification by grace alone, on the basis of Christ's death and resurrection alone, through faith alone, then they are separate faith.

Possibly you should reread some of Acts as that book shows how we are grafted in to the Jews... they are not grafted into Christianity.
Reading the book with that in mind gives a unique perspective on the story of the NT.

Never said we weren't, never said they were.

Never said we weren't, never said they were.
But you said they were a separate faith.
Please keep your arguments cohesive.

We and they are asked to accept a Jewish Messiah... They are NOT asked to accept a Christian God.

Quite the opposite. They would be examples par excellence.

I should add that that doesn't mean they would be perfect, unlike Jesus.

I think you're right. The Lord always seems to say things just the right way. I knew I was being facetious but you do make a good point that I hadn't considered yet. But Jesus speaks the same way in real life that He does in scripture.

He may cause me to feel conviction about something but He never speaks with condemnation. That is another way to be sure if God is really speaking to you. If you're feeling convicted then it's the Lord but if you're feeling condemned, then those are lies.

You're right, He would not get banned.

Except this conversation is now about the Apostles... not Christ.
Did the Pharisees try to censor or cancel the Apostles... not to mention Christ Himself?

I see that now. They did. They'd jail one of them and God would let him out, lol. They couldn't break out of jail npwadays and go to the church to preach though cuz the swat team would invade the church because they broke out of jail on a jaywalking charge to haul them back in.

So Jesus and the 12 would be censored today if the pattern remains the same.

They probably would not be able to censor them. The Apostles have been with Jesus for about 2000 years now so if they came down a posting and a preaching I expect they would be given what to say and the way the Lord speaks it is very nonconfrontational way that does not elicit bad emotions. I bet they speak just like the Lord by now!

Brood of vipers... White washed tombs... Your father is the Devil.
Does this sound like polite conversation?
These are the words of Jesus and His followers.

Matthew chapter 15, Jesus spoke out against the pharisees traditions of men. The disciples tried to hush Jesus. The religious leaders were offended by Jesus truth. Jesus made it abundantly clear He's against false doctrine. In gospel of Luke, the people inside the synagogue, escorted Jesus out physically. Jesus taught from Isaiah chapter 61, the first advent. I don't believe Jesus or his election would be too popular on any forum. When antichrist arrives 6th trump, many people will will not listen to the Election. Their traditions of men have brain washed them. Psalm chapter 82, is good lesson how God becomes strange God to some people. Some people are indoctrinated by churches from early age, and programmed to accept traditions of men. They wouldn't recognize God's truth, even if two by four hit them. When Israel came out of Egypt, led by Moses. They clinged to Egypt heathen traditions. Acts chapter 7, Stephen document Israel secretly worshipped Saturn, KIAWON. This is satan's planet. They mixed heathen traditions with true worship of God. Does anyone understand??. Many people wont understand Jesus or the election. Many people have spirit of stupor. Jesus taught this in Matthew chapter 13. God placed spirit of slumber on some people. Romans chapter 11, God's election have holy spirit. Some people don't know any better. They have spirtual sleeping sickness.

The main problem is that Jesus was sinless and perfect in his judgements of others. That is not you nor anyone else on any forum anywhere. We all see as "in a mirror dimly." Believers are commanded to love our enemies, to treat others how we want to be treated, to be respectful, loving, kind, and humble.

1Co 13:4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant
1Co 13:5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; (ESV)

Paul was very judgmental and he wasn't perfect and sinless.

It's ok to call crookedness out. That's how people learn and grow and get put in there place. If it's a lie or morally wrong or hypocrite you call it out.

Like when Jesus said don't judge or you will be judged, he was only talking about judging in hypocracy, thats the context if you read the whole chapter. And also as scripture says of you judge the judge in a correct judgment, same thing, that means without hypocricy.

Calling out crookedness and judging is not hate. It's called tough love, like Jesus. He flipped out kicked over tables and called people hypocrites when they were being hypocrites, didn't mean he hated them. If so then you couldn't call him sinless because he hates his brother and tells you to love your brother. He would be a hypocrite.

As we all know the truth hurts and can be offensive. It's just the way it is.

I wouldn't call someone a hypocrite unless I knew it was a fact and the evidence is clear.

They killed him!
.

Yes they did. But, Jesus came to the earth as a man for a reason, to pay the price for mankind.

But the way the question was worded, would He get kicked off a forum. This is 2K years after they killed Him and that mission is over and so has the mission parameters. Man hasn't changed much so you would tink the answer would be heck yes they give Him the boot, but a good point was made that agrees with what the Lord has been teaching me about Himself.

He could talk those people right out of banning Him. He'd cause them to reflect upon themselves so nowadays I don't think He would let them ban Him. Thus setting a good example for us.

I would think that killing someone is the ultimate form of banning them.
But, banning someone is the equivalent(or the very nature) of rejecting them and wanting to silence them.

Do people reject Jesus?
Do people close their ears to Jesus?
Do the religious leaders(of any time) always follow Jesus or do some follow their own path?
Are the people in control of forums the leaders of their forums?
Yes... Jesus would be rejected by some, if not most, religious leaders because His message would not change... and men's hearts are the same.

Who did Jesus talk out of banning Him?
Saul would be the only example I could find... and Saul was just a representative of the religious order of the day.
The "temple" didn't change it's opinion of the Church because Saul became Paul.
So the Church was still being cancelled, censored, banned.
Do you have other examples of who got talked out of banning Jesus?
