That's pretty cool, and it has nothing to do with being microchipped. He's not using "his own electrical field", either. He's wearing a device around his neck that contains a miniature projector and a webcam. The projector projects a picture on the surface in front of him (his palm, a wall, etc) and the webcam detects the colored pieces of plastic he has on his fingers. Nothing spooky about it, just real cool. :

Nice to see your clued up on the real world. There are many members here who are in agreement that the governments of the world are slowly but surley creeping towards a new world order. Everything is in place. they already control the Earth though finance and politacal might but they have yet to announce the system through the U.N.
