    You are mistaken again. The catalyst here I mentioned was not the woman Mary in the bible but the blessed followers of the Blessed Mary, The Mother of God, The Queen of Heaven.

    I too honour the scriptures but not at the cost of pleasing someone who is the catalyst in stealing the glory of God. Imagine few rosy words here and there in the book of Acts, my goodness then there wouldn't be any Jesus Christ in the first place. I thank the author of the Bible for the perfection.

    Please tell me how do I dis respect Mary the Mother of Jesus? I don't want to imagine any deeds of Mary apart from the bible especially after the final mention of Mary in the book of Acts.

    What a simple answer. Jesus was talking as a man at that time. and Jesus as man didn't want to take the place of God.(So Jesus as a man is no greater than the Jesus the God (Father).
