It's funny how I never hear anyone who thinks we should keep Moses Law, talk about Speaking in Tongues, or layings hands on the sick and watching them get healed, or cast out devils or doing any of the works That jesus said a believer would do.
I guess there's a first time for everything. I believe in all those things. I've even done some of them myself.
It is always spending your time and effort, trying to abide by the special rule about Saturday,
Are you "always spending your time and effort" trying to keep special rules like "Thou shallt not kill" or "Honor your father and mother"? No, I suppose you aren't. It doesn't take nearly as much work as you imply. In fact, the Sabbath is all about
not spending effort. Saying that you have to spend time and effort to rest doesn't make a lot of sense.
or not wearing this clothing because it has both cotton and linen
You won't find that one in the Bible. The commandment actually concerns wool and linen woven together. Note that the term "linen" is often used to refer to cotton. That's not what is meant in the Bible. It's talking about a cloth made from flax. When was the last time you saw clothes woven from flax and wool? I never have.
or observing this special feast day, or cleaning your house of any yeast,
Do you celebrate Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving or any other "special feast days"? Do you clean your house for those days, or at least do spring cleaning once a year (a practice which, btw, is originally derived from the Biblical command to remove all yeast before Passover.)
Wikipedia said:
...the origin of spring cleaning can be traced to the ancient Jewish practice of thoroughly cleansing the home in anticipation of the spring-time memorial feast of Passover (Hebrew: פסח pesach).
or not mixing meat and cheese on your hamburger...
That's not a Biblical rule either. It's a Pharisaical rule that was added much later. I have no problem with cheeseburgers, cheese on meat and pasta or using cream in meat dishes.
If you're going to criticize the law, you really should learn more about it first.
A form of godliness with no power.
I don't like to boast, so I won't go into any details, but trust me, that doesn't apply to me.
