Who is "you"? The Jews or everybody?

Leviticus 17:8 "Then you shall say to them, ‘Any man from the house of Israel, or from the aliens who sojourn among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,

Leviticus 24:22 "There shall be one standard for you; it shall be for the stranger as well as the native, for I am the Lord your God."

Numbers 9:14 "If an alien sojourns among you and observes the Passover to the Lord, according to the statute of the Passover and according to its ordinance, so he shall do; you shall have one statute, both for the alien and for the native of the land."

Deuteronomy 31:11-12 "when all Israel comes to appear before the Lord your God at the place which He will choose, you shall read this law in front of all Israel in their hearing. 12 Assemble the people, the men and the women and children and the alien who is in your town, so that they may hear and learn and fear the Lord your God, and be careful to observe all the words of this law.

It was meant for Israel, Jews, aliens, foreigners, Gentiles, for all I would reckon the above passages indicate.

Show me where in the Bible it is written that "the Sabbath was given to man".

Hmmm, I'll give it a go...

Mar 2:27 And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath:
Mar 2:28 Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

I'm sure there are variations on how different sabbath keeping Christians view their reasons and understanding of the sabbath.

I'd like to share mine...I believe a real and wonderful time of healing rest will come to the earth when Jesus arrives since the bible calls him Lord of the Sabbath, as well when he healed and taught often on the Sabbath I believe was a shadow for the much grander healing and teaching time coming.

Thus for the same reasons I obsever the Lords Evening Meal, it's a meal that points to the time when my body will be given immortality through the gift of Christ. It started with the passover 1000's of years ago and we are still waiting for the total completion of the deliverance. Like wise for myself with the sabbath now, I see it as showing I truly believe the fufillment of the sabbath promise is coming when our Lord of the Sabbath Jesus Christ returns.
