Our prayers are directed to God!
Thanks
God of the living!Hail, holy Queen, mother of mercy, our life, our sweetness, and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us; and, after this, our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus. O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.
Pray for us O holy mother of God, * that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Speaking and praying to deceased human beings is Necromancy.
Jesus told us to pray to our Heavenly Father in the Name of Jesus.
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
“Therefore do not be like them. For your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him. In this manner, therefore, pray:
Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
Matthew 6:6-13
No where in scripture are we told to pray to human beings that are deceased or still living.
Please turn away from the practice of praying, speaking or contacting Mary, or any of the saints.

Praying to humans, who have passed away, whether in heaven or not is forbidden by God and is an abomination.God of the living!
Matthew 22:32
I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob? God is not the God of the dead, but of the living.
Jn 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
Who is the teacher of Christians?
The only "way"?Is that the only way we are allowed to pray?
Our prayers are directed to God thru the intercession of the saintsPraying to humans, who have passed away, whether in heaven or not is forbidden by God and is an abomination.
Christ is the light! (Truth)Christ is our teacher and He teaches us all things through His Spirit.
Then those who are led by the Spirit teach the doctrine of Christ.
But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him. 1 John 2:27
Those who teach things that transgress the doctrine of Christ do not have God.
Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. 2 John 1:9
I have always said only God may be lawfully worshippedThe only "way"?
The question to ask is "Is God the only One we should pray to?"
The answer is YES. If you worship anything that is not God it's automatically idolatry. Don't try to snake your way around - and attempt to justify - idolatry.
If you can Biblically sanction (allow) worshipping dead people, what's to stop you from worshiping boxes, bags, and golden calves?? Stopping idolatry at any point is arbitrary. Better just to NOT do the thing in the first place! Doh!!
Stop breaking your brain over how you can make excuses for worshipping dead people and just accept the Bible, and thus make your life easier. Also your eternal destiny is then put at WAY less risk.
The RCC has no magic power to manipulate reality, despite your protestations to the contrary. It never has and never will have. You have never shown that it does, nor shown it to be the apostolic church as opposed to any other.
Our prayers are directed to God thru the intercession of the saints
We must hear the church Christ established matt 18:17 per His commandOur prayers are to be directly to God the Father in the name of Jesus.
And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. John 14:13
In that day you will ask in My name, and I do not say to you that I shall pray the Father for you; for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God.
John 16:26-27
No prayers are to be made to saints, or through saints or Mary or anyone.
The context of Matthew 18:17 refers to a brother who sins, and show us how to deal with a brother who sins.Prayers to the saints have full ecclesial approval
I quoted it for the authority of the church, Christ makes it unthinkable to not hear the churchThe context of Matthew 18:17 refers to a brother who sins, and show us how to deal with a brother who sins.
This passage does not approve praying to people.
No where in scripture is praying to other people condoned by God.
“Moreover if your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault between you and him alone. If he hears you, you have gained your brother. But if he will not hear, take with you one or two more, that by the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.’ And if he refuses to hear them, tell it to the church. But if he refuses even to hear the church, let him be to you like a heathen and a tax collector. Matthew 18:15-17
We are to pray to God our Father in Heaven in the name of Jesus.
God loves each and every one of us and desires for us to have a personal relationship with Him.
Please don't pray to people who may or may not be in heaven. I know you may have been taught otherwise, but now is the time to repent of man made teachings that are forbidden in scripture.
Please just direct your prayers to God, who loves you.

Stop twistingThe Church of the Lord Jesus Christ is to teach what Jesus taught.
Can you show us a scripture where Jesus taught His disciples to pray to people?
Can you show me an article from the Catholic Church that directs Christians to pray to people instead of God?
