Are Muscular women attractive?

This ol gal does not think the sexes should try and look like the other.... God created us as we are... Speaking very much in general... Men have broad shoulders narrow hips. Women have curves.
reba: I know what you mean about the (Ronald Reagan-style?) althetic male with broad shoulders. As also with Tarzan, for example.

Do you remember the 80s jackets that women wore with all the shoulder padding?

'Women have curves'; yes; I'm sure this is true, too; although I won't look to provide an illustrated encyclopdia to demonstrate this fact. :)

Blessings.

God created us different.... He knew what He was doing

Amen! :)

Some visible differences are also relative, I guess. Hair? earring or tattoo style? pants?

But what do I know? :chin

(Yes, I know I've 'muscled in' on the topic... :) )

Blessings.

PS: Seems to me that the 80s jackets with padded shoulders that so many women used to wear 30-odd years ago had almost become part of fashionable business attire; and I guess it did make women look a bit more muscular, I suppose... :chin

Blessings.

My experience is that few women in the church think the Biblical order of headship applies anymore

Looking at Scripture when i see the 'pictures' of Christ and His bride. The female/male rolls are there .... The church should show trust in Christ, lean on Him the Provider... She the bride of Christ is covered by Him. . I wish i didn't agree with ya @Jethro ....Yes it is teaching that is lost...

Doctrinally I certainly agree about Christ and the church, indeed.

Blessings.

PS: Several decades ago there was a lot of talk about 'muscular Christianity'... :chin Whether it meant that only men should be muscular, I don't remember, from what I read about it...

One of the worlds attempt to destroy God creation.... to make us the same... I get equal pay for equal work but we are not the same..

I don't disagree.

Of course, technology has a lot to do with it.

Today's military isn't so much about heaving howitzers over trenches, as it is about mathematicians flying an F-16 & progamming a computer by flicking a switch.

Enough from me for now anyway :)
reba: Your contributions are highly valued, anyway.

I knew a very conservative preacher who used to fly in the military and he reckoned that women are often very well suited to be pilots. He said he once flew in the cockpit of a Galaxy C-5 (among the world's largest transport planes) and, that particular day, both the pilot and co-pilot were women, and over the Atlantic they entertained him with talk of baby clothes and baby food.

So much in a plane's controls is power assisted that huge muscles aren't necessary on the part of the pilot...

I guess someone has misplaced a padlock. And the same someone has gone to purchase not just a mere padlock but a gigantic metallic padlock...

I realised you guys have driven Claudya away. Or perhaps she's warming up her bazooka to fire back:toofunnny

Don't worry, I'm still here. I spent the weekend on a campsite out in the woods with no internet access. Very amazing!
Also I'm warming up my bazooka.

In Jethro's fortress, none of the women are muscular, however (or have tattoos, either...) :)

Blessings.

PS: Heels are getting higher. Or else the higher heels are getting to be more widepread. Or whatever.

Anyway, seems to me that in order to wear them properly, women need to have and to develop really good calf muscles. I'm not necessarily arguing that either the heels or the calf muscles are either good, bad or indifferent; just that there is likely a close connection between the two.

Blessings.

Not only calf muscles. Buttocks muscles benefit from walking on high heels, too. :thumbsup
I was thinking about walking on high heels for exactly that reason, but since I have never done that I'm afraid that by doing so I may cause myself to loose all my leg muscles because I'll have to spend a few months with two plaster legs after attempting to walk on high heels.

..

Well, Claudya, I hadn't reckoned on the discussion taking the particular anatomical turn that you introduced... :chin
