Out of curiosity, what is your definition of "Beast"? Because if you mean "Animal", then we have a bit of a problem, as humans are also animals.
You are splitting hairs.. You know exactly what I mean. Humans and animals beasts whatever you choose to call them are just different. God made man in his own image. Half beast and half human is nothing more than pagan mythology.
I 'm thinking you probably should be stoned too just for thinking of it
Half beast and half human is nothing more than pagan mythology.
http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2005/01/0125_050125_chimeras.html said:In Minnesota last year researchers at the Mayo Clinic created pigs with human blood flowing through their bodies.
And at Stanford University in California an experiment might be done later this year to create mice with human brains.
Scientists feel that, the more humanlike the animal, the better research model it makes for testing drugs or possibly growing "spare parts," such as livers, to transplant into humans.
Watching how human cells mature and interact in a living creature may also lead to the discoveries of new medical treatments. But creating human-animal chimeras—named after a monster in Greek mythology that had a lion's head, goat's body, and serpent's tail—has raised troubling questions: What new subhuman combination should be produced and for what purpose? At what point would it be considered human? And what rights, if any, should it have?
Half beast and half human is nothing more than pagan mythology.
I assume you've never put up a Christmas tree then, or indulged in chocolate eggs at Easter? And don't get me started on Halloween...
Or celebrated Christmas on 25th December.....
Unless one can give me proof of half human/animal creatures this is just mythology and foolishness of thought and Timothy says to avoid foolish questions.
2 Timothy 2:
23 But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.
24 And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;
26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
Leviticus 20:
15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.
16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
Do you believe they were real. If you do, then you don't believe what the bible states in Genesis. God made man and beasts as distinct creatures. As Paul said.. Avoid FOOLISH questions and this is one.
A very good response, because, yes, everyone knows what you were saying. Everyone who's being honest about this "unique" topic, anyway.
Thank you for injecting simple truths into this hypothetical and unimaginable scenario.

Read this book....The Golden Bough by Sir James George Frazer
I guess the real question would be--supposing just for the sake of argument that a sentient creature other than a human exists--if it'd be moral for sentient species to interbreed.
