I had a Belgium waffle for lunch. Hadn't had one in a long time............so good.

Crispy and crunchy, light and airy, and simply drenched in Maple syrup and butter....YESSS

I agree, but it really does not mix well with the maple syrup. Makes it to sweet for my taste.

Hehe, I have such a sweet tooth that there isn't such thing as too sweet for me.

I think that your penance should be blueberries placed into the batter after you pour them on the griddle...then either blueberry syrup or hot compote on top with a whopping spoon of whipped cream to finish it.

Maybe that's an act of contrition... Dunno... either way it's only just desserts.

Hey guys, change of subject but I'm not sure what the weather is doing from where you guys are at, but in Ohio it's sixty degrees!! 2That means that spring is coming!! Pretty soon I'll be able to ride my bike again and go work out in the gardens and see and smell all of the beautiful flowers. Oh yes and it's getting to be that time of year when I can go paint my Easter eggs as well.

Here in NW Pa it's suppose to be 65 degrees tomorrow with a mix of showers. Hoping to get out in the yard and start picking up all the branches laying around. The yard is covered after the strong winds this past winter. It's also about that time to open the camp and get it all cleaned up for summer.

Honey is said to be a good preventive of hay fever. Don't know if it works though.

It’s 51 degrees here today; not too bad for the time of year. It’s very windy though; we’ve got storm Gareth here at the moment.

Well,
The sunshine is making me do crazy things!
I enjoy going outside, pulled grass out of my flower beds, getting it ready for spring, going to add some more raised beds for my vegetable garden.
My son had been moved out for several years, he had a big shed that he used for a motorcycle shop, decided yesterday to use it for a she shed, lol.
Cleaned it up, now ready For the girlie touch!
So many plans in my head, hope I have enough strength to finish it, lol.
