Common Usage?

Four billion people oppose the Bible , contradict the Truth, follow the traditions of men over the Bible.
So, no, no new topic. No plan nor purpose on this forum.
I have no idea what you are trying to say with regard to starting a new topic with regard to your off topic comment and link.

To reconcile this discrepancy some say that the Messiah was using common Jewish idiomatic language. I am simply asking for examples to support that assertion; i.e., instances where a daytime or a night time was forecast to be involved with an event when no part of the daytime or no part of the night time could have occurred.
Okay I just read, or re-read the op.
Looking for any evidence or proof that a false gospel is truth, is not helpful nor edifying, I think.
A million examples of the kind you ask for might be found , posted, verified, proven, and that would still only be harmful, not helpful.

Sort of like what look for a dozen forms of rat poison at the grocery store if you are there to find something good to eat for the family(people) at home ?

I'm not doing that. Where have I said anything about a false gospel?
I read some information in your posts, stating something like looking for evidence of things the bringers of false gospels say. Maybe just a mental query, not realizing they are bringing false gospel then ?

To what false gospels are you referring?

You have a question directed to you in post #268.

I'm simply looking for other examples to support it's commonality.
There are a multitude of false teachers and false prophets and few true ones.
So there are a multitude of false gospel bringers, - it is "common" - in the world, of the world, and worse....
Did Jesus ever encourage His followers to thus be of the world, to seek out false things or ever to study them? No.

Seek what is pure and true and right, in the light, always in the light, in Jesus and in the Father love the truth and keep seeking the truth;

as for myself, I do not see any benefit is seeking "common" things that cause so much death and keep so many away from faith in Jesus.

So, again, what false gospel is there in the information of my posts?
I would have to go back and read more, again. I don't think the question is helpful nor productive
unless you recognize the many false teachers, false prophets , and false gospels present.

Or, at least, some of them.

I don't think He is a believer in a 6th day of the week crucifixion.
You are getting off track here on your own thread don't you think ? I think you would need another thread to discuss a 6th day of the week crucifixion .

Can you answer my question in post #271 ?

From the very first post in this thread on March 22, 2017 , you said this .

"This topic is essentially directed to those folks who say that it was common at the time to say that a daytime or a night time would be involved with an event when no part of the daytime or no part of the night time could have taken place. A 6th day crucifixion/first day resurrection would be one example. I'm simply looking for other examples to support it's commonality."

Looking just now, fwiw, it looked to me like you were/ are? / seeking some 'common usage' for a purpose other than obeying God or walking righteously .
If we look to the world instead of to God, that makes us divided from Him, even or especially on Scripture and on Spiritual matters.

OK, sorry. I thought you were accusing me of putting forth a false gospel.

No, unless you're referring to my defense of what I erroneously thought follower was saying about me.

Agreed. But for right now, I'm only concerned with the issue of this topic.
Can you answer my question in post #271 ?
I thought my response in post #273 implied a "no".
