Scripture Of The Day - Imitating Jesus

"I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing." (John 15:5)

"By this, my Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit and so prove to be my disciples." (John 15:8)

"You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you." (John 15:16)

It is time to bear MUCH fruit that remains for His Kingdom on earth and to fully embrace our calling in Christ as imitators of Christ.

The religious mindset divorces the power of God from the action of the Holy Spirit. This creates a life that has no life, no air, and no substance – a flat tire! This mindset leaves a person devoid of power, with only some form of "southern hospitality," where it is only "the Spirit" in name but not in substance. No lives are truly changed -- pandering to embracing the world over advancing God's Kingdom in the earth.

Our lives are to be an extension of Heaven's glory on Earth, bringing people into a living encounter with God.

Every born-again person is in need of understanding their identity in Christ, their right standing with God, walking in the Spirit, and God's purpose for their life. You are chosen to be the vessel that disciples others into His power and glory.

Embrace it! Live it! Love it!

Scripture Of The Day -- BUILDING INTERNAL STRUCTURES

Romans 12:2 -- "Do not be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may prove what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

The renewing of the mind is not merely that we can be positive thinkers. It is because God is wanting to build internal structures in us -- instruction -- in which the Kingdom resides -- that is why Jesus said, “the Kingdom is within you."

When revelation knowledge comes that leads to divine encounter (Rhema) -- when those things become established as ways in our life what happens is there is an internal structure that houses the ongoing expansion of God's kingdom.

When we operate from theory, we tend to speak down to people and put them under judgement because we try to bring by command what God is offering by grace. But when it is an "internal reality" (Rhema) we actually have substance to impart, and that impartation is needed to experience transformation.

We transform culture by becoming the solution -- by becoming the bearer of revelation that solves the issues that concern people.

Scripture Of The Day - Expectation Of A New Glory

“Do not call to mind the former things, Or ponder things of the past." - Isaiah 43:18

It is time to shake off the discouragement, shake off the hopelessness, and shake off the despair. Shake it all off by getting into His presence and praising Him and moving into the expectation of a new glory, a new hope, a new vision concerning His purpose for your life. Praise Him for being FAITHFUL and because He is continuing to lead you into things that will advance His Kingdom and equip and exhort the body of Christ into the action needed to bring them out of their Laodicean mindset. Consider not the futile attempts of the enemy to intimidate, discourage and wear you down; PUT YOUR HOPE IN GOD. God is doing something new!

Position yourself again and take Him at His word, for His word NEVER FAILS. The rain of His refreshment is pouring down upon you. Wait upon Him; wait expectantly again for Him, for He is renewing your strength as you wait on Him in expectant hope (Isaiah 40:31).

"Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." - (Isaiah 43:19)

Scripture Of The Day -- PERFECT THEOLOGY

John 5:19 - "The Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever He does, that the Son does likewise."

Jesus told us the secret for His life -- "I only do what I see my Father doing." Our attention is on what God is doing or has done. If we dwell on what God hasn't done we create an occasion for offense. If we dwell on what God has done we create an occasion for thankfulness.

A kingdom mindset doesn't accuse God. A kingdom mindset doesn't gain information to support accusations against God. Because it burns with the conviction that He is good. With that as the cornerstone of our theology, we work from there towards the issues of life.

Anything that you think you know about God that you can't find in the person of Jesus, you have reason to question. Jesus Christ is perfect theology -- He is the exact image of the Father. That is our message. He is not part of the message -- He is the message.

Scripture of The Day - AWAKENED TO HIS SPIRIT

"Jesus said to them, 'My Father is always at hs work to this very day, and I, too, am working.'' - John 5:17

Because we are so prone to neglecting and forgetting about the needs of other people, we think that God is capable of being slothful toward us. And so we accuse Him of neglecting us when circumstances become painful or simply not to our liking.

Isn't that the way our lowly, self-centered nature works?

When we are awakened in the Spirit we see that God never sleeps (Psalm 121:2-5) -- that He is always moving about His work and that our lives are moved to seek and understand His purpose for our life so we can co-labor with Him in advancing His Kingdom under His all-wise directing.

Now, as we awaken in spirit, we are able to see that He looks upon us in compassion, His eyes brimming over with flowing grace -- that His works are good....and only good.

Scripture Of The Day - Becoming A Gateway To The Glory Of God

Psalm 22:3
says that God is enthroned upon the praises of His people. The throne of God literally rests on the praises of His people.

What does that look like?

When we begin to praise God with the understanding that He is the great King of Heaven and we worship Him with this attitude and reality, the Scriptures say that His throne will literally be built upon, or come to rest on top of, those praises. Wherever the high praises of God are found on the earth is where the Throne of God will rest. Wherever the Throne of God is, the King is. Wherever the King is, there is a Kingdom. Wherever the Kingdom is, the angels are – and all the resources of the government of that domain are present in reality.

So when Isaiah 22:23 says, "and he will become a throne of honor and glory to his father's house," that's what it literally means. We become a gateway of the glory of God through which His Kingdom manifests.

Scripture Of The Day - Stepping Into Our Destiny

"Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God's Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can't understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit." (1 Corinthians 2:14 TPT)

This is a new day (2022). The Lord wants to raise up an end-time army who will carry His message and His anointing to the ends of the earth, but most of us are not walking in all that Jesus has called us to do.

"For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God." (Romans 8:19)

This is the day to release His power on this earth. He is looking for those who will seek and understand God's purpose for their life and the dominion and authority that He's given them. He wants to demonstrate His Kingdom on this earth through us. We need to realize that He has equipped us with everything that we need and empowered us to carry out what He has called us to do.

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places," (Ephesians 1:3)

We are the generation who will walk in His power on this earth. He is looking for those who will empty themselves of anything that would defile them so that they can release His light into this dark world. He is looking for a remnant who calls on Him and says, "Lord, lift me up in the calling in Christ You have given me."

"For the Kingdom of God is not in word but in power." (1 Corinthians 4:20)

Scripture Of The Day - SURRENDERING TO OUR CALLING IN CHRIST

Joshua told the people, “Consecrate yourselves, for tomorrow the LORD will do amazing things among you.” - Joshua 3:5

Consecrate yourself to Jesus deeper and know that He is about to do WONDERS IN you and THROUGH you (Joshua 3:5). You came to your end. Now, He has stepped in to launch you into your greatest assignment concerning His purpose for your life and greatest days in advancing His Kingdom in the earth.

You will see WHY the enemy has been so terrified of you and why the battle has been so intense, because in 2022 you are NOW being COMMISSIONED into days of greater fullness in walking out your assignment in the lives of others as you disciple them into their Christ calling -- seeing His glory and His name lifted high and the works of the enemy destroyed, with souls and more souls coming into their identity in Christ.

Scripture Of The Day - Understanding Who We Are In Christ

"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless His holy name!....Who forgives all your iniquities. Who heals all your diseases." - Psalm 103: 1,3

God doesn't give people disease any more than we would give our own children poison.

People think that God causes all the disasters and tragedies and yet when Jesus walked the earth, He never once called for a disaster or tragedy.

He always brought healing and quieted every life-threatening storm.

If we're not believing the truth about who God is, it leads to not believing the truth about ourselves (our re-born identity in Christ). We will never experience the full extent of life in the Kingdom until we know our real identity of who we are in Christ.

Scripture Of The Day - STARING INTO THE ABYSS

"Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life -- fear of death, fear of judgment -- is one not yet fully formed in love." -- 1 John 4:18 The Message

Stop staring into that hole of loss and ask for a fresh revelation of His love to push out the fear and crushing disappointment. Stop waiting for people, movements, or organizations to repent and come to the Light. Stop trying to figure it all out, losing your peace and joy because someone you love doesn't "get it." Stop staring into the abyss, waiting for something you hoped would come to pass.

When sorrowing over what others did, or failed to do, keeps us from what we can do, it has gone too far and we cease to be in the "present," living out of our past. When we lose all joy by lingering and hoping that something can be salvaged from the ashes, we have waited too long. If we remain staring into the pit of death, death will start staring into us.

"Obsession with self in these matters is a dead end; attention to God leads us out into the open, into a spacious, free life." - Romans 8:6 The Message

Scripture Of The Day - Breaking Forth Into The Glory

Isaiah 59:19, "When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him." NKJV

God is the river, the flood, and the One Who breaks forth with an outburst through the glory of His Spirit. He is the One Who breaks forth, springs forth inside of us driving out all resistance to His Presence and Person.

"For He will come in like a narrow, rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives [overwhelming the enemy]." AMP

We all want this place of "overflow" in God's Presence. Breakthrough is an integral part of that overflow as we embrace our Christ identity. To tap into a life of breakthrough is to avail ourselves to the living waters of the Spirit through staying hungry for His Word -- the Source of these waters.

Through lives of prayer and fasting, especially in the context of communion with God, we can accelerate the process of breakthrough in our lives. In the story of Isaac, we see how the Philistines had clogged up the wells of His father (Genesis 26:18). In the same way, the enemy is always trying to clog our wells to cause stagnancy, where there should be a flow, and hinder us in experiencing God's glory on a regular basis. The enemy wants to keep things in spurts rather than have us experience that rushing river of His glory as we co-labor with God in advancing His Kingdom in the earth.

Take repenting from bad thinking and actions and building yourself up in the Word to clear out your well that God can bring your heart significant breakthrough and that you may experience His rushing river consistently through God’s purpose for your life.

Scripture Of The Day - Dream It And It Will Come

Habakkuk 2:2 - "And the LORD answered me: “Write the vision; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it."

As we spend time in God's presence we come to a place when the Holy Spirit places a vision in our heart that He wants us to follow. Our problem is we don't know how to get fully unstuck from the routines and demands of the present. The cycle of life overtakes us where the Holy Spirit puts a vision in our heart. We wonder if maybe it's not the "right time" to move forward. Invariably we bury our vision AND STAY STUCK.
We make our spiritual lives too mechanical. It isn't about pleading, negotiating, praying, and fasting. It's about being clear in your own heart about what dream or vision you want to see manifested.

Habakkuk 2:2 reminds us of the following three steps:

Step #1 - Writhe The Vision Down.

Don't let "reality" or "false wisdom" rob you of your dreams. There is nothing too out of the box, nothing you can't afford, nothing too unrealistic. When it comes to vision, if it doesn't make you a little apprehensive, it's not God.

Step #2 - Make It Clear
Be specific. You need to stretch yourself to see as much detail as possible! When you do this, you create a sensory radar that picks up on cues and connections that correspond to your destiny.

Step #3 - Run With It
Meditate on it. Bring it with you wherever you go during the day. As you feed it, the vision materializes.

There is nothing more important in your life for all time and eternity than fully answering the call of God.

What is the most recent vision/dream you've had that is calling out to you to take action this week?

Scripture Of The Day - HIGHER THINGS

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." - Romans 12:2

"And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." - Philippians 4:7

Break loose of the earth's gravitational pull! Change your mind (Romans 12:2)! Don't get seduced down into the lower, base, everyday thought processes of life. Think on higher things (Philippians 4:8-9). Make going up higher in Christ your top priority! Breathe life back into your prayer life!

Spend time with God! Go with Him to the places that He longs to take you, to show you all things He wants to do with you. He wants to lead you and guide you into all truth (John 16:13). He wants to show you your destiny!

Scripture Of The Day - Staying Awake With Jesus

"And He cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, "What, could ye not watch with Me one hour? Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak." - Matthew 26:40-41

Can you imagine Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane where all He wanted was someone to pray, stay awake with Him for one hour? Did you know that He is still looking for those people today? Are you willing to hang with Jesus for an hour? Are you willing to just "stay awake" with Him, to watch with Him?

God is inviting us to stay awake, keep watch and pray for His glory that will awaken the hearts of the people, bring many to know the Lord, and bring people into a place of real encounter with God. We are called to be "catalysts" of the glory of His presence. That means we are not waiting for an event to happen, but we are carriers of His glory.

What is a catalyst? A catalyst is a person or thing that precipitates an event. In other words, we are those who change the atmosphere. You can be a thermometer that reads the temperature or you can be a thermostat that changes the temperature.

Scripture Of The Day - Emerging From The Chains

"Shake yourself from the dust and arise; be seated, O Jerusalem; loose the bonds from your neck, O captive daughter of Zion." (Isaiah 52:2)

In this season you are emerging from, the chains the enemy used to bind you have been broken -- now it is time to loose yourself.

You're freed so that you can set others free it is time to hold back no more. Step into your fullness.

God has deposited so many things into your spirit this past season that you don't know about yet, but you will see them manifest when their time arises, and you will see what it is that He did to prepare you for your moment while you were in the hidden secret place with Him.

His presence has changed you; His Spirit has transformed you. You are the evidence of the new that He is about to do.

Scripture Of The Day - Magnifying The Blood Of Jesus

"Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, 'Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.' And He said to them, 'I saw satan fall like lightning from Heaven. Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in Heaven.'" - Luke 10:17-20

Believe that you are released from condemnation, fear and shame. These are the foes of authority. They keep people hampered down in a place of guilt. Realize the power of the Blood of Jesus. One drop of the Blood of Jesus eradicates condemnation, guilt, fear and shame. Repent of your wrong thinking and attitudes and be restored to your rightful place of authority.

Much of what people experience is "false guilt" for things that have been forgiven of a long time ago. Give glory to God by magnifying the Blood of Jesus and the power that abides here. Realize that His Blood is much more powerful than your past. Receive His forgiveness, be restored as you discover and move into God’s purpose for your life.

Recognize how important it is for you to walk in the favor of God as you implement your calling in Christ. Be awakened and receive the authority that Jesus has given you as a son of God. Have faith, confidence, assurance, and authority in the Lord to "TRAMPLE" on serpents, scorpions, and all of the power of the enemy realizing that NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!

Scripture Of The Day - Seeking Breakthrough

Luke 11:2 - "So He said to them, “When you pray, say: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven."

in Luke 11 where the disciples ask the Lord how to pray. Jesus then sets forth what we call "The Lord's Prayer." It starts off by declaring that "God's will" will be done, in Earth as it is in Heaven. This is a powerful declaration of God's heavenly Kingdom authority being superimposed upon the earth realm.

NOT TAKING NO FOR AN ANSWER

After this powerful prayer is given, Jesus immediately goes into a scenario, asking the disciples to suppose that they, in the late hours, go to friend's house for provisions to help care for someone who has arrived at their house. They knock on their friend's door for help but the response is not what they hope. The friend inside tells them to go away because it's late and they are in bed. However, they (the disciples, in this scenario) continue to knock and knock and knock until Jesus says that the friend finally arises and gets them what they want, not just because they are a friend, but because of their persistence.

James 5:16 - "....The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."

Here is the key point of this story: God doesn't always answer just because we casually ask, banking on His friendship. Sometimes He is looking for a 'fervent' prayer and a 'persistent' approach. He wants to know how badly we really want this. Are we serious, focused, and intent?

If you are going to receive your breakthrough in 2022, you may have to persist past strong resistance.

PAIN PRODUCES PASSION AND DETERMINATION

God is saying that our pain and our process have a purpose. In the midst of whatever painful process we have walked through in this last year or so, it was purposed to produce a greater passion and persistent determination within our lives. It is fashioning us to look and act like Jesus more than ever before. It is producing a Christlike character and supernatural, Christlike power to flow out of our lives!

Scripture Of The Day - Changing The Way We Think

Galatians 2:20 - "I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the FAITH OF THE SON OF GOD, who loved me, and gave himself for me."

Many believers have battled the ROOT of fear for many years, and in the last year or so, the fear and torment have magnified.

A huge impartation of His fiery love has begun to explode within these believers. The root of fear has been completely and suddenly consumed. Where this fear once was, now, came a roar of faith -- a depth and sound of faith that they had not heard before.

They are beginning to burn with the love of God; they are beginning to burn with the deep revelation of what it means to be "in Christ." They are beginning to arise as burning ones, knowing their Christ identity; no longer living under ceilings and limitations. The revelation of being in Christ is now burning so deep within them -- deeper than ever. They are being delivered and transformed as they come to a deeper understanding of God's purpose for their lives.

Scripture Of The Day – THE TITLE WAVE OF GOD'S DESTINY

James 1:2-4 says, "Consider it pure joy when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness. And let steadfastness have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing."

Every trial and every hard situation you are facing is preparing you to be complete, lacking nothing.

THE DESTINY OF GOD IS LIKE WAVES CRASHING ON THE SHORE

You will be found lacking nothing when this tidal wave of God’s purpose for your life and destiny comes crashing onto the shore of your heart!

God is wanting you to say, 'Yes' to your next season before you know what it is." We must have that "Yes" deep down in our spirit to Him.

When you encounter trials, tribulations, accusations and set-backs, don't be frustrated! When you encounter warfare and hard times, rejoice! Don't ever let the enemy steal your joy.

God is using those things to pull those waves of destiny in your life back. When God gets ready to release all those things to you, that tidal wave of God's DESTINY and PURPOSE for your life will come crashing over you.

Years of prophetic words, dreams, and promises from Heaven have been stacking up to become this incredible tidal wave. Everything you need to fulfill that dream that God has placed inside of you for His Kingdom is about to come to you in this tidal wave! There is provision, resources, purpose, healing, and Kingdom alignments coming in with this tidal wave.

Get ready! God is about to release His promises and blessings like a powerful tidal wave that will overtake you!
