'Death', 'destroy' and 'destruction'

1) What happened to the destiny of man when he sinned

God planned the fall of man to begin with, he was never meant to stay in the Garden, Adam and Eve where the first of the ALL that God shut up in disobedience.

2) For what purpose did Jesus come to die for man's sins

I do not know why God does things the way he does, the bible does tell us that his ways are not our ways......but the purpose Jesus was serving was Gods purpose.... he was the sacraficial lamb sent to the slaughter for the remission of ALL sin.
The purpose being to reconcile all of creation back to God..... this salvation is still on going today, and will continue through the Judgements of revelations, until the end of the Eons, just before Eternity begins.

3) What happened to Jesus on the cross and why was his resurrection so important?

Jesus actualy died on the Cross at Calvary, he went down into silence and knew nothing, and his breath returned to God who gave it.

God ressurected him as we know on the third day, and he appeared to certain people, this was pre planned by God, Christ the first fruit......... then later on believers at his comming, still later unbelievers as they come to the knowledge of the truth, and of course last of all when Satan bows his knee to Christ and also enters the Kingdom...... so that God can be ALL in ALL

Christ will be the first....... Satan will be last when the eons come to an end, just before Eternity begins.

This was Gods plan from before the foundation of the World...... nobody should be surprised about Satan....... he is a tool of God after all.

Peace

Basically, you got most of the third one on target, though you are veering towards universalism. Please remember the rules about this as I don't want this thread being shut down.

Let me answer my questions...

1) What happened to the destiny of man when he sinned
When man sinned, he separated Himself from God who is the Life giver. In so doing this, he began to die. Man was destined to perish for all eternity due to the 'wages of sin'

2) For what purpose did Jesus come to die for man's sins

Because man could not save Himself and reconcile himself back to God and save himself from the death penalty, only God could do so. Hence, the Son of Man came down to die the death we were destined for so we could be reconciled back to God the Life giver.

3) What happened to Jesus on the cross and why was his resurrection so important?

When Jesus called out 'My God, why has Thou forsaken Me?' He was experiencing the separation from God that we were to experience. Then He died and was buried. This would have been the natural order of things for all mankind.

Ah, but the good news is, is that death did NOT claim the prisoner due to it. Christ conquered death by RISING FROM THE GRAVE IN AN ETERNAL BODY, thus giving man a way out of the death penalty hanging over his head.

"That whosoever should believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life'

Were it not for the resurrection, death would not have been conquered (see 1 Corinthains 15:20,21).

Because of this, we too will conquer death. But this doesn't occur at death, but at the resurrection (see vs 17-23). What happens to those who do NOT accpet this gift? They remain in their sins and they perish (vs 18; John 3:16) Because they are still sinful, they still suffer the wages of sin which is 'death' (Romans 6:23).

There is no place in the scriptures where it says that man's punishment is 'eternal torment in an eternal fire', or that Christ came to save us from His own creation.

The fires at the end of time are merely a means to an end. God wants to eradicate sin so that 'all things can be made new'. Sinners who hang on to the sinful world get caught in the crossfire and suffer the consequences and become burnt up with it where they are 'ashes under the soles of your feet' and are left 'neither root nor branch (Malachi 4:1,2)

We must believe the bible when it tells us that 'death' ,'destruction' 'perishing' and 'destroying' were our fate were it not for the saving grace of Christ who died the second death for us but rose in body to conquer it.

What is shown to us in Scripture, will remain there..... putting labels on anything does not change it.

What Scripture is this found in?

and of course last of all when Satan bows his knee to Christ and also enters the Kingdom......

I never read a Scripture that says after Satan bows his knee he enters the Kingdom.. Where is that found?

Your right let's leave it in Scripture and not express our own opinions and call it Scripture..
