Do you drink coffee?

Green tea, or hot chocolate. I like a hot beverage in the morning.

Through the day, I try to drink several glasses of tap water. Keeps the tubes running smoothly, and detoxes the blood stream. I'm not a health fanatic, but I can see and appreciate the common sense of our elders--eat right, get plenty of sleep every night, drink lots of water, and get some exercise. They weren't so dumb after all, lol. It works.
Remember that chocolate has caffeine in it and Green tea is one of the teas with more caffeine.Have you ever tried white tea?It has the less caffeine of both coffee and tea.I love it.I am extremely sensative to caffeine and white tea does not bother me.In fact it gives me a euphoric feeling.I can even drink it at night.

Never tried white tea (it sounds as bland as it's name, lol. Is it?).

I switched to green tea because it had the lowest amount of caffeine in the teas I saw listed somewhere (I don't remember if white tea was on the list). 14 milligrams per something or other, if I remember correctly (94 for coffee...ouch! Mountain Dew, 54). Don't quote me on the stats. My memory may not be recalling all that very well.

And I did know that about chocolate. Don't have any stats on the amount of caffeine in a cup of hot chocolate, but I've never noticed any adverse affects from it...except that it can hurt my tummy (acid content, I guess).

This should give you an idea.If you like the taste of green tea that is great. It is very healthy.I find it tastes to "grassy".

Oh no....I LOVE coffee. But my lack of tolerance for it helped me see how Western society uses it to get, and hang onto, all the great stuff in life, and live lives so contrary to what God wants.

I suggest our confidence is in our morning cup of coffee, instead of what God would perhaps like us to put our confidence in (godly, responsible living). So it is in that sense that I say, we need to wake up and smell the coffee, lol.

So, coffee is
I have had Kona coffee a couple of times. It is very nice.Good flavor.

This is a place we go with friends for coffee, or just to have a good lunch, when we visit our daughter in Honolulu. Great for good pastries, and of course, this is where I can get my Malokai'i peaberry.

I drink my white tea with honey. Not just any honey but local raw honey. The tea that I buy is called "My Local Honey" and it is right from where I live. That makes it very good for allergies. It is also very healthy to buy your honey raw.If you google raw honey you will see that it has many health benefits.

Oh yes, it is absolutely best to buy ones honey locally. Honey is a powerful immune system booster. It actually contains bits and pieces of pollen. Allergies can arise from continuous over-exposure to the same allergens. Eating a couple of teaspoons-full per day of honey made by bees working in the area where you live will often prevent allergic reaction to the pollens it contains. Begin several months prior to the pollen season. Also, honey never goes bad. Many toss it when it crystallizes, but this is not necessary. Simply put it in a bowl of hot water for a little while and it liquifies again. Honey contains vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Labs have also discovered that honey contains antioxidants, which combat free radicals that can damage cells—as many antioxidants as spinach, apples, oranges or strawberries.

Really. I read that one of the reasons the old chinese guys live to be 120-140 is because they drink so much green tea. So if you drank white tea, mebbe you could stretch it to 160?! :lol

They used to say that but it has not been so long that experts are saying that because white tea has very little processing because of the cultivation that it is more healthy.I would be happy for 140 given that I still have my right mind :lol

I wonder something. I should ask a chemist this. oxidation Is the process where by o2 bonds with a material and corrodes it. thus rust. so we rust? we also have in nature cupric oxide, al203(bauxite, and aluminum ore. all of them are rust and corrosion. the copper when it rusts turn green.

Isn't the oxidation process in the body aging???

Copper does not rust brother. Rust is iron oxides and there is no iron in copper. What you see is copper oxide and not rust. Actually the green you see is flux from the soldering operation which was not wiped off. Copper oxide is black. which is why you see the green by the fittings, and not down the length of the pipe.

I have seen copper pennies corrode to green. were they welded? I know that it isn't rust but its stil oxidation. copper oxide
