Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

And we disagree on that, I believe that all people seek God as it is created into them. Primitive people who have never even heard of God have set up worship. Before Christianity spread into any country, people were worshipping their gods, history simply reveals that as fact sir.
Thinking man has searched for God as shown by recorded history.

I read you statements they sound ok....this time but the other stuff you wrote somewhere else was way way off....

For a man to seek the things of God, he must have a will that is alive to the spiritual things of God, yet man by nature doesnt have a spiritual living will, its dead in sin, so Paul writes of the natural man, all of us by nature Rom 3:11
11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
Now mind you, this doesnt mean man naturally doesnt seek after a god, for naturally we are superstious and religious Acts 17:22-23
22 Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars' hill, and said, Ye men of Athens, I perceive that in all things ye are too superstitious.
23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, To The Unknown God. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you.
But man doesnt seek after the True God !

God grants repentance that leads to the knowledge of the truth.
"Those who listen and learn from the Father go to Jesus"
Its grace through faith.

When God grants repentance thats Salvation/life Acts 11:18
18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.
So when He grants repentance unto life, He aught to be Glorified !
No one states/believes Jesus is Lord apart from the Holy Spirit. That is not in dispute as far as I know.
My mother steered me to Christ from my beginning, and I have believed with absolute certainty as far back as my memory goes. When I prayed to Jesus, I knew in my heart He lives. I do not state I was chosen before my birth. When I received the Spirit of Christ in me, I rejoiced.
If I had been born to parents of another faith it would be a very different outcome indeed.

Young children tend to believe their own parents. Jesus responded to my faith in Him.
Do not young children tend to believe in Santa Claus for a little while as their parents teach them? I did, but I never worshipped nor prayed to Santa. I do remember once asking Jesus to help me fall asleep so Santa would come.

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

It speaks to faith. Children can believe what their taught by their parents whether that is Santa Claus, the tooth fairy, or Jesus our Lord. Jesus sees our faith and responds to it as He lives.
Children of other faiths will most likely stay in those faiths their whole lives or possibly become disheartened and become atheists as there is no response from God as they are false faiths.

One who has faith in God can't seek God is that what your stating?
Children tend to believe that parents as I have given examples. So, they have the ability to believe in Jesus. Jesus responds to their faith.
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.

The context seems to be between Jew and gentile and that all have sinned all fall short of the glory of God.
Nobody born into this world knows about Jesus until they are taught. Children taught about things by their parents tend to believe their parents even if its Santa Claus. They can believe in Santa but Not Jesus? I disagree.

Its about men by nature, race dont make any difference
I read the whole chapter. And Jews and gentiles are all alike and all have Fallon short of the glory of God. All have sinned.
But my point is children taught by their parents tend to believe their parents. No one is born knowing Jesus they must be taught. They can believe. Just as many young children believe in Santa as learned from their parents. Jesus responds to the faith those children have in Him. Unbelieving adults may never change their outlook, but they didn't start off that way.
Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
