For a secure password one method is to use the first letters (and some numbers) in a sentence you can remember.
For example, you can say, "Today I ate 3 hotdogs from the fair." becomes TIa3hftf
I'd like to see any person or machine figure that out. Usually after a few attempts, the email times out a few minutes,so it would take forever. I can easily figure out the number of combinations lower case, upper case, number and symbols can have, but it's astronomical.
