Understanding a Gift scripturally !

Rom 6:23

23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

When eternal life and free Justification by Grace and other redemptive Blessings of Grace are said to be Gifts to us, what that means is that God puts us experientially into the possession of these things, its the operation of His Grace and Power towards us as Eph 3:7

7 Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

False religionists have deprived the Gift of God of its proper sense and force, by relegating it as an mere offer for man to either reject or accept, which is not the scriptural meaning at all but only made up by the carnal reasoning of men with depraved minds, that it may give them a reason to boast of something he had to do, an effort of his to secure the gift, some effort he had to put forth, and the reason why others do not receive the gift offered is because they did not put forth the same effort as they did, hence a boast !

However the real definition of a Gift in the matters of salvation is that God by His Spiritual Operation and Power puts some into possession of His Gifts and that is how they received it, so they have no reason to boast, for as Paul asked 1 Cor 4:7

For who maketh thee to differ from another? and what hast thou that thou didst not receive? now if thou didst receive it, why dost thou glory, as if thou hadst not received it?

Again its received because of God putting one into possession of it ! Paul also teaches this principle of a Gift being Sovereignly applied here Rom 5:16

16 And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification.

The Free Gift is unto Justification, its not an offer, its what God put us in possession of by His Power and Grace !

The word Gift here in Rom 5:16 is the greek word charisma and means:


favour with which one receives without any merit of his own

This is for people who are reading this thread who do have questions, I do not intend to change peoples minds who are contributing their theories.

The attack on Freewill( which is only 2 choices in reality FOR or AGAINST God) is straight from the kingdom of darkness.

Its an attack on the character and nature of God, and blinds us from our purpose from God.

Satan has a counterfeit for everything God has.

If we believe that we have a freewill and we really didnt in the end,whats it to us? we are out nothing, nothing changes.

But if we believe that there is no freewill and there really is freewill we have tremendous consequences in the end!

What does Satan want for us? tremendous consequences!

What does God want for us? tremendous blessing! Just by believing in his Son, its not the faith of man that saves us, its the object of our faith(Christ)

Freewill and the soveriegnty of God COEXIST in time, freewill is given to Gods creatures by the sovereignty of God.( He is a BIG God if He can pull that off!!)

We can glorify God in time with our positive personal volition towards God. And Satan will use any means to blind us from glorifying God. ( convince that lower creation that they dont and cant make positive decisions For God.)

What if freewill is for real? and you convince some individual that they cant believe. the consequence is eternal fire for that person......just what satan wants!

What if we dont have freewill? whats the difference it all works out in the end. So we are better of to believe in freewill just in case!

What if you believe that you were elected and saved, but in reality you had to make a nonmeritorious decision to believe? the consequence is tremendous. (Just what satan wants)

Satan tries to blind us that we have no freewill, with personal volition we can make a non meritorious decision to believe on the Lord Jesus and be saved by the object of our faith, not by our faith in our faith.

Freewill is under such attack by the kingdom of darkness because it reveals His Grace and His knowledge.

If you have never believed on the Lord Jesus Christ , now is the time! He will hold you accountable for your decision. He sent us His Son so anyone I mean anyone can be saved. The only stipulation God has given us is to believe in His Son. Simple as that and that is some great news.

He was slain from the foundation !

Rev 13:8

8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.

This means that He was slain in the Purpose of God before the foundation of the World, because of Peters words here 1 Pet 1:19-20

19 But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot:

20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you [The Elect 1 Pet 1:1-2,

And yes both Peter and John are referring to the same Lamb [see Jn 1:29], but Peter makes it clear that He was foreordained before the foundation of the World !

This confirms that this World was Created for a Redemptive Purpose !

The word slain in Rev 13:8 is the greek word sphazó and means :


to slay, slaughter

I slay, kill by violence, slaughter, wound mortally.

Also the word is in the perfect tense, a perfect passive participle, in the greek the Perfect is defined

Meaning if His death did do this for you, then it was not for you ! It was only for those that it did Perfect forever !

Now it was the virtue of His Offering that He sanctified Jeremiah as here Jer 1:5

5 Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

And so He was the Lamb slain from the foundation of the World ; Being the same in His Redemptive Character, Yesterday, Today, and Forever Heb 13:8; For He is the same Redeemer that Redeemed Job, that Redeemed Peter and Paul Job 19:25

For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

Job is speaking of the Lord Jesus Christ and His Blood, 20 Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you,

The Gift of God is Eternal Life !


I have written before on what a Gift is in the biblical sense, and it is not at all as the false teachers project it to be, as that of a offer or something made available in order for one to either accept it or reject it. The Gift that is given by the Giver, the giver in His mind has already reckoned that the recipient of the Gift is already the rightful possessor or owner of the Gift, that is the Gift is already their property by grant of the giver. If ones parent our chases them a gift, the moment the purchased transaction is completed, the purchased Gift Rightly belongs to the one the Gift was Purchased for; for it does not matter what the Gift may be, a New Car, the New Car belongs to the one the giver bought it for, even though the one may not yet have experiential Knowledge of the Gift they have. The Gift of the New Car was not an offer to the one receiving the Gift, but a Gift given !

Everyone Christ died for has the Gift of Eternal Life by legal title, simply because of the Work of Christ on their behalf, and in God;s Time they do come into the experience of that Gift through New Birth !

James writes James 1:17-18

17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures.

This bringing forth or producing new is the Gift of God ! This is also coming into the experience of Eternal life which they already had legally and by Deed !

Jn 3:36 The Non Elect or not Sheep !


John 3:36

36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

The unbelieving ones of Jn 3:36 cannot be anyone that Jesus Christ died for, who became for them a propitiation for their sins as here 1 Jn 4:10

10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Now the greek word for propitiation is hilasmos which denotes a sacrifice or an offering that endures or bears God's Wrath, so that now, those sinners God does look upon with Divine Favor. Thats because Christ's Blood satisfied or propitiated God's Wrath, and now His Holiness cannot be compromised for dealing with all sinners Christ died for in favor.

Lets us remember that Christ's death is also referred to by Him as His cup Per Jn 18:11

11 Then said Jesus unto Peter, Put up thy sword into the sheath: the cup which my Father hath given me, shall I not drink it?

Matt 20:22;26:39 and cup signifies God's Wrath and Anger against sin Ps 75:8

8 For in the hand of the Lord there is a cup, and the wine is red; it is full of mixture; and he poureth out of the same: but the dregs thereof, all the wicked of the earth shall wring them out, and drink them.

Isa 51:17

17 Awake, awake, stand up, O Jerusalem, which hast drunk at the hand of the Lord the cup of his fury; thou hast drunken the dregs of the cup of trembling, and wrung them out.

Rev 14:10

10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:
So the sins for all whom Christ died in the stead of, bought upon Him God's Divine fury, a Cup of Wrath, because on the Cross, He bore their sins and so did endure God's Wrath for their sins 2 Cor 5:21, so hence, for God to have under His wrath at anytime as those in Jn 3:36 would make God Unjust, most especially to His Son, then all those His Son died for !

It would mean that God has disregarded on their behalf the Blood of Christ that propitiated Him. Also if we ponder carefully what Jn 3:36 states of those under God's Wrath, It states a promise that is attached that they shall not see life ! Which life means Salvation, in that they are irrevocably lost in their sins and under God's Wrath Rom 1:18

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

However, none for whom Christ died are ever under God's Wrath, nor is His Wrath ever against them, save in Christ Crucified ! Yes, even when they themselves are being enemies [opposing (God) in the mind] and or unbelievers, because of Christ's Death for them alone, are they reconciled to God Rom 5:10, of which this is contrary to those unbelievers in Jn 3:36, who shall not see Life, they will be saved by His Life !

So in the final analysis, it would be inconsistent with God's Righteousness, Holiness and Justice, to have wrath against or hold obligated to wrath, any sinner or enemy Christ died for Rom 5:9, simply because the sin debt owed to God's Holy Law has been paid in full by Christ's their Surety !

God's Oath !


Heb 7:20-22

20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest:

21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec)

22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.

If God was to now punish any one sinner with wrath for whom Christ died Rom 5:8, dying as their Surety, in their behalf, God would;d then have broken His Oath which He swear, #1 That those for whom Christ their Surety died for, He has made Him unto them forever a Priest after the order of Melchisedec, which Priesthood also swear His Suretyship that ensures all for whom He died makes it Heaven, and so Saves them to the Uttermost Heb 7:24-25

24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.

25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.

Even those yet unconverted, whom Christ died for, have the blessing of His Intercession for them, so it would be inconsistent with His Priesthood accomplishments for them , for any of them to be under God's Wrath, or Condemnation or Displeasure !

John 3:36

36 He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Those here who are under God's Wrath are so because they are under obligation to God's Law and Justice, meaning their sin debt, by way of violating God's Law has not been paid and discharged, and so these are minus a Mediator/ Surety in Christ to plead their discharge and who is making intercession for them. This obviously means that Christ's blood was not shed for them, so they must and do remain under God's wrath , even unto the day of wrath Job 21:30, so these had been made vessels of wrath by the Sovereign potter Rom 9:22, fitted for and unto destruction, so Jesus says they shall not see Life !

Many in false religion deny and teach that Christ's Death in and of itself did not save those He died for; However Peter here in 1 Pet 2:24 shows them to be false witnesses See Prov 19:9 ! And consequently they are against Christ !

1 Pet 2:24

24 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

Now stripes here denotes Christ's Death upon the Cross ! Isa 53:5

5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

And so with no violation at all Peter could say " By His death we are healed" or Saved !

The word heal here denotes Salvation, in the greek its the word iaomai:


to cure, heal

2) to make whole

a) to free from errors and sins, to bring about (one's) salvation

It [Healing] comprehends Justification, Forgiveness and Redemption and Sanctification [in order to live unto righteousness]

The word healed is also synonymous to save here Jer 17:14

14 Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

This Healing and salvation by Christ's Death is portrayed by the prophet David Ps 103:1-4

Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.

2 Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:

3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;

4 Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

This is through the Blood of Christ Eph 1:7

7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

This " the riches of His Grace " is what David looks to in the Psalm as God's Lovingkindness and tender mercy !

Christ's Stripes saves or heals those He died for so that they live unto Righteousness ! That is it brings about their full conversion to God !

If we deny this, we are Against Christ, simple as that !

Blessings of Salvation, not conditions to it !


In the false religious world, men have made faith and obedience conditions that we must do to get saved, however thats a perversion of scripture and the Truth; But in fact both faith and repentance or obedience are blessings of Salvation [accompany it Heb 6:9] of being saved, or of being born again. For these things cannot be produced out of the flesh of man, that sinful nature of man where no good thing dwells Rom 7:18, which prior to New Birth we are slaves or servants to sin. A New Heart must be given before we can believe on Christ from or with the Heart Rom 10:9-10 or before we can perform any type of Gospel obedience. For the very essence of Faith lies in an act of understanding Matt 13:23 and Heb 11:3

23 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that heareth the word, and understandeth it; which also beareth fruit, and bringeth forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty.

3 Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

And of the will, which neither can be acted but from a New Heart: For with merely our natural understanding, we cannot see or perceive the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Cor 2:14

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Paul is here simply stating, that the unregenerate person does not have the spiritual capacity for spiritual understanding, so he is not able to know subjectively spiritual things or Truths concerning Christ, because they are foolishness to him See 1 Cor 1:18

18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.


So without this spiritual capacity to discern the spiritual realties of the Cross of Christ, we lack a spiritual eye to see the Son to believe in Him as Per Jn 6:40, Hence whoever believes on the Son of God has been born of God 1 Jn 5:1; And to know God to be the Only True God, and Jesus Christ whom He sent, this is the Gift of Jesus Christ death for them Jn 17:2-3; And it is given or bestowed upon all who were in Election given to Christ [Eph 1:4], and as for the act of the will, it also is an New Covenant Blessing of the Power and Grace of God working in us to believe Ps 110:3; Eph 1:19 which is stated by Paul here Phil 2:13

13 For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Which good pleasure is to believe on His Son !

Remission of sin / Receiving remission of sin !


Matt 26:28

For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.

Acts 10:43

To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

Whats the difference in remission of sin and receiving remission of sin ? The main difference and a important one is this, we must be given faith to receive it, but we do not need Faith in order for it to be ours legally by gracious grant. Its one thing for God to remit sin, and another for us to receive it or a Knowledge of it is received.

Now the remission of sins is the Gift of God imputed legally to all for whom Christ died, shed His Blood for many; and this gift is theirs by right long before they know anything about it, yes, even before they receive it by Faith !

The Righteousness of God !

Rom 1:17

17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.

This is the same Righteousness of God as in 2 Cor 5:21

21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

and Phil 3:9

9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:

This is a Righteousness Imputed solely based on the infinite merit of Christ Jesus, procured unto all whom He died by His Mediator Righteousness and obedience, for those He also represented Rom 5:17

17 For if by one man's offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

The Righteousness received here in Rom 5:17 is objective and imputed Righteousness, received by God's reckoning it so because of Christ's obedience unto death, apart from any act of our own. This Gift of Imputed Righteousness ensures the conversion experience of all whom Christ represented and died for, because He was their Surety. This vital message of the Gospel is totally rejected today in organized and apostate religion and has been substituted with another Gospel whereby men now receive the glory, he and his freewill !

Perfect or equip you for every good work !

Heb 13:20-21

20 Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

21 Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

The word perfect is the greek word καταρτίζω

a) I fit (join) together; met: I compact together, (b) act. and mid: I prepare, perfect, for his (its) full destination or use, bring into its proper condition (whether for the first time, or after a lapse).

to fit out, equip, put in order, arrange, adjust

Now this equipping is the New Birth and all that it provides, for by it, those Christ the Shepherd of the Sheep died for, are equipped with every spiritual blessing to do God's Will, to Live a New Life to the Will of God; by it, we are enabled to do that which is wellpleasing in God's sight !

Now, is believing in Christ pleasing in His sight ? Yes it is lets look at 1 Jn 3:22-23

22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.


23 And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
Now who can deny the the commandment to believe on the name of the Son of God Vs 23 is not one of the commandments that is pleasing in God's sight Vs 22

This cannot be done by us in the flesh Rom 8:8

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

So by the New Covenant Blessings by the Blood of the Shepherd, we are equipped to be put into a condition to please God by Believing on His Sons Name for Salvation !

The time of Love !

Ezk 16:8

8 Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord God, and thou becamest mine.

Eph 2:4-5

4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,

5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved )

That time of Love is that set time[Ps 102:13] in God's Eternal Purpose for one of His Chosen ones to have their Salvation communicated unto them by the Spirit of God, sent by their Risen Head Christ who died for their sins and rose again 1 Cor 15:45

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit.

Yes, just like physical birth of one is according to God's Time and Purpose Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

So in like manner God has a set time for ones New birth by the Resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead 1 Pet 1:3

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

The word begotten is the greek word anagennaō which means:


to produce again, be born again, born anew

2) metaph. to have one's mind changed so that he lives a new life and one conformed to the will of God

Now this is another birth of us apart from our physical birth in Adam, for this is the production of us out of Incorruptible Seed Christ 1 Pet 1:23 with that Life from Him 1 Cor 15:45.

God foes preserve the sinful and physical lives of all His Elect until their New Birth by the Spirit, their Time of Love, because God's Great Love then quickens them , who were dead in sin ! and alienated from the life of God. Eph 4:18 !

Man's own freewill by far is the most believed and popular religious conviction throughout the whole world. Rev 13:1;5-8

5And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.

It's adherents are linked to all the various denominations, and sects, yes, even the non religious adhere to man's freewill.

So John writes Rev 13:16

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

That is all follow this deadly concept or philosophy of man's freewill !

And the woman said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden: But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of(i.e. which is beyond) the garden(viz. the "tree" which to the humans is occultism/esotericism), God hath said, Ye shall not eat of(i.e. you must not practise) it, neither shall ye touch(i.e. neither shall you explore) it, lest ye die. And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened(i.e. then there will come occult/yogic perceptions/senses in you), and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil(i.e. and you will be as the God Himself, viz. with omniscience and omnipotence like Him). And when the woman saw that the tree was(i.e. that the forbidden "tree" ostensibly looked) good for food, and that it was(i.e. and that it ostensibly looked) pleasant to the eyes(i.e. to the human mind), and a tree to be desired to make one wise(i.e. to make the human being omniscient and omnipotent), she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. And the eyes of them both were opened(i.e. and there came occult/yogic perceptions/senses in them both), and they knew that they were naked(i.e. and from that moment on they began to perceive the creature(-s)/creation(-s) of God as shameful/sinful); and they sewed fig leaves(i.e. and they found (great) false spiritual knowledge) together, and made themselves aprons(i.e. and made themselves human(666) spirituality/religion starting to defile the creature(-s)/creation(-s) of God via it).",

Genesis 6:1-6 "And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters(i.e. human creeds) were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were(i.e. so that already from the moment when the earthly clerics found the human creeds they seemed that they are ostensibly) fair; and they took them wives(i.e. doctrines) of all which they chose. And(i.e. and for that reason) the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh(i.e. for its spiritual/religious iniquity increases): yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. There were giants(i.e. the nephilims, viz. the monstrous clerics of the "darkness" - the ancient yogis/avatars) in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men(i.e. when the earthly clerics followed the human creeds), and they bare children(i.e. spiritual children) to them, the same became mighty men(i.e. the same became spiritual giants of an universal scale) which were of old, men of renown(i.e. the gigantic clerics of human glory). And God saw that the wickedness(i.e. that the spiritual/religious iniquity) of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart(i.e. of its faith) was only evil continually. And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.",

Genesis 11:1-9 "And the whole earth was of one language(i.e. of a human faith), and of one speech(i.e. and of a human doctrine). And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east(i.e. and when the unrighteous people willing to exercise faith started to be believers), that they found a plain in the land of Shinar(i.e. then they went in the direction of doubletongued faith); and they dwelt(i.e. settled down) there. And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick(i.e. human ordinances of faith), and burn(i.e. and spiritualize) them thoroughly. And they had brick(i.e. and they used human ordinances of faith) for stone(i.e. instead of God's commandments), and slime(i.e. and human doctrine) had they for morter(i.e. instead of God's doctrine). And they said, Go to, let us build us a city(i.e. a human religion) and a tower(i.e. even a sublime spirituality), whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name(i.e. a power), lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth(i.e. so as to obtain and always to have a spoil). And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men(i.e. which the unrighteous clerics/worshipers/believers) builded. And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one(i.e. they are in the direction of unrighteous faith), and they have all one language(i.e. a human faith i.e. instead the faith of God); and this they begin to do(viz. religious/spiritual iniquity): and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do(viz. in this their direction of unrighteous faith/spirituality/religion). Go to, let us go down, and there confound(or: foil) their language(i.e. their unrighteous faith), that they may not understand(i.e. perceive/accept) one another's speech(i.e. doctrine). So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city. Therefore is the name of it called Babel(i.e. confusion/mess); because the LORD did there confound the language(i.e. the unrighteous faith/spirituality/religion) of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.",

Deuteronomy 18:10-12 "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son(i.e. that makes some male) or his daughter(i.e. or some female) to pass through the fire(i.e. through occultism/occult power), or that useth divination(i.e. clairvoyance/second sight), or an observer of times(i.e. or an occult metaphysician/astrologer), or an enchanter(i.e. or a false-prophesying), or a witch(i.e. or an occultist/witchcraft-practicing). Or a charmer(i.e. or an exercising spiritual fascination), or a consulter with familiar spirits(i.e. or an interacting by/interrogator of unclean/foul spirits), or a wizard(i.e. or an esotericist), or a necromancer(i.e. or a spiritually interacting/intercommunicating with dead). For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee.",

Isaiah 1:21-23 "How is the faithful city become an harlot(i.e. how the faith is become a religious/spiritual iniquity?)! it was full of judgment(i.e. of good treatment); righteousness(i.e. perfect love) lodged in it; but now murderers. Thy silver(i.e. your word) is become dross(i.e. foul), thy wine(i.e. your grace) mixed with water(i.e. with inefficiency): Thy princes(i.e. your spiritual servants) are rebellious(i.e. are enemies of God('s truth)), and companions of thieves(i.e. and assistants of devils/demons): every one loveth gifts(i.e. self-interests), and followeth after rewards(i.e. offerings): they judge not the fatherless(i.e. they are not concerned about the good of the infidel people), neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them(i.e. neither about the redemption of the weak clerics/believers).(see James 1:26-27)",

1 John 2:18-19 "Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come(i.e. that the "sin" increases its power), even now are there many antichrists(i.e. when the number of the unrighteous servants/workers grows); whereby we know that it is the last time. They went out from us(i.e. they emanated by the tradition of the true Saints), but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us(i.e. they would not have revolted against the righteousness of the true God): but they went out(i.e. but they resisted), that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us.",

Revelation 17:1-18 "And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore(i.e. of the religious/spiritual inquity) that sitteth upon many waters(i.e. that has many denominations/creeds): With whom the kings of the earth(i.e. the unrighteous clerics) have committed fornication(i.e. iniquity in the faith), and the inhabitants of the earth(i.e. and the unrighteous worshippers) have been made drunk(i.e. bad) with the wine(i.e. with the benediction) of her fornication(i.e. of her iniquity). So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness(i.e. into the place of desolation - Matthew 24:15): and I saw a woman(i.e. a religious/spiritual activity) sit upon(i.e. based on) a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. And the woman was arrayed in purple(i.e. she exercised a great power from universal scale) and scarlet colour(i.e. and offered many privileges to her followers), and decked with gold(i.e. and had a great glory) and precious stones and pearls(i.e. and sophisticated human ordinances and doctrines of faith), having a golden cup(i.e. a great judgement) in her hand full of abominations and filthiness(i.e. full of unrighteousness and impurity) of her fornication(i.e. of her iniquity): And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY(i.e. the occult), BABYLON THE GREAT(i.e. the human(666) religion/spirituality), THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS(i.e. the mother of all unrighteous/bad clerics/worshippers and villains) AND ABOMINATIONS(i.e. and of all evils/iniquities/affections/afflictions) OF THE EARTH. And I saw the woman drunken with(i.e. and i saw that she sheds and parasitizes of) the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration(viz. i wondered, how can the considered for the greatest sanctuary on the part of so many people to be the cause of all evils)..... And the woman which thou sawest is that great city(i.e. the unrighteous religious/spiritual kingdom), which reigneth over the kings(i.e. over the clerics/worshipers) of the earth(i.e. of the unrighteousness).",

Revelation 18:1-24 "And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory. And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great(i.e. the unrighteous religion/spirituality) is fallen, is fallen, and is become(i.e. because it is exactly) the habitation(i.e. the kingdom) of devils, and the hold(i.e. and the kingdom) of every foul spirit, and a cage(i.e. and the kingdom) of every unclean and hateful bird(i.e. of every impure and unrighteous elevation and grandeur). For all nations have drunk(i.e. have affected) of the wine(i.e. of the affections) of the wrath(i.e. of the mastership) of her fornication(i.e. of her iniquity), and the kings of the earth(i.e. and the unrighteous clerics) have committed fornication(i.e. iniquity) with her, and the merchants of the earth(i.e. and the unrighteous worshippers/believers) are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies. And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities..... the voice of harpers(i.e. of eulogists), and musicians(i.e. and prophets), and of pipers(i.e. and of witnesses), and trumpeters(i.e. and preachers), shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman(i.e. and no wise man), of whatsoever craft he be(i.e. of whatever human(666) creed (it) may be), shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone(i.e. and the unrighteous religious/spiritual activity) shall be heard(i.e. shall (be) work(-ed)) no more at all in thee; And the light of a candle(i.e. of a luminary) shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom(or: of a spiritual master/teacher) and of the bride(or: and of a disciple/proselyte) shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants(i.e. because your spiritual servants) were the great men of the earth(i.e. the great servants of the unrighteousness); for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived. And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth(i.e. and in her was found the evils which were inflicted to the prophets, and to the saints, and to all affected/suffered people in general)."

Wise unto Salvation !


2 Tim 3:15

15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.

If a person has faith in Christ Jesus unto Salvation through scripture 1 Cor 15:3, he was made wise, so if an unregenerate, natural man is made wise unto Salvation through the scriptures, then the natural man did something wise for God to save him, and if this be the case, its inconsistent with Paul's other teachings of the natural man as here Rom 8:7-8

7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.

8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

or

1 Cor 2:14

14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Are not the scriptures, things of the Spirit of God ? 2 Tim 3:16

All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

2 Pet 1:21

For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

We shall Saved by His Life !

Rom 5:10

10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

What does that mean in Rom 5:10, We shall be saved by His Life ? The Word saved can mean different things in the context of Salvation, and here it means experiential Salvation or conversion or New Birth, its the saved Paul refers to here Titus 3:5

5 Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;

A Spiritual Renewal. The reason being, Paul had just stated those Christ died for had been reconciled to God legally, this even while subjectively they were in themselves being enemies, or in a spiritual lost or dead state, alienated from God, so Paul states of them, now being reconciled legally, they shall be saved by Christ's Life, that is, being enemies, they still needed to be saved out of that state of alienation and spiritual death, and this would occur by Christ's Life being communicated to them. Now all for whom Christ died, He was unto them to be a life giving Spirit 1 Cor 15:45

45 And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening [or life giving] spirit.

This means that the Application of Life from Christ, the Last Adam, is carried out in His Name by the Holy Spirit, and the Son quickeneth whom He will,Jn 5:21 and the Spirit quickens for the Son Jn 6:62-63

21 For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?

63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

The Spirit's quickening Ministry in the economy of Salvation is premised on the Son 1 Cor 15:45, for the Spirit was given to the Son by the Father immediately upon His Ascension and Glorification Acts 2:32-33; Titus 3:6

32 This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.

33 Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.

So all Christ reconciles to God by His own Death, even while they are being enemies, they all shall be saved experientially by His Life !
