Homosexual behavior in most other mammals. That indicates normal to me.

That is a false belief, and pretty sophomoric reasoning, grasping at straws to justify one's base behaviour.

What's good for the animal kingdom is not good for man and it is preposterous to lower ones thinking to liken what animals do to what we are told by God is a perversion for man. The argument devalues mankind and insults animals, who are incapable of sin.

if dad has a porn(add vice or good habit) stash and i find it guess what his porn(add vice or good habit) has now affected me.


i stayed away from any drinking, pot or any of that as my parents in general(another reason i will tell later) were against that stuff and drinking.

Both of my grand dads and my father and uncle had porn hidden in their houses, and I would check them out on a regular basis, and guess what it turned me into a sex addict, for many years. When I was a child I wanted to act out what I was seeing.
My first full sexual encounter was when I was 12 with a 17 year old girl, so did all that porn I was looking at have something to do with it, you bet. And before that I was touching girls my age, and many would let me. So yes I would say what you come up around will affect you. Some kids will grow up normal, and some will not, they will become a product of their surroundings.

The Greek Empire lasted only about 300 years. Where do you get thousands from? They are the civilization that seems to be so closely tied with homosexuality. But, sadly, we're heading in that direction.

Even eliminating scripture from the equation, it's plain to see that the two sexes are intended for reproduction. There might have been rises and declines in this diversion, but they were never the rule. But, I can't separate my faith from what I believe to be True. It was there from the beginning, established by God. It is not, nor has it ever been "normal", insomuch as heterosexual relationships have. I too was puzzled by your reach for the rest of the animal kingdom. We are created beings, separate and distinct from the rest of creation.

The Roman empire did last much longer, but they never put homosexuality on the level that the Greeks did. The Greeks associated homosexuality with a kind of mystical reverence. There was a sharp decline in it when the Roman empire was ushered in.

In some ways, animals are like us. They have a similar circulatory, nervous and respiratory system, so we can test drugs on them. But that's only phase 3 of a 5 phase process that ultimately ends up being tested on humans. (I can't believe I'm even spending time on this) Why do you think the FDA requires human testing before a drug can be approved? If we're so similar, and it's safe and efficacious on rats, why not approve it for the public? And I believe we study the behavior of animals for the same reason we study everything else... to better understand it; not because they're like us. In fact, I would say we observe them, because they're NOT like us. A major piece of the distinction is self-awareness. Animals don't feel shame or guilt and they can't repent of anything. Okay, that's all the time I'm going to spend on comparing children of God, Created in His Likeness to animals for the purpose of this topic.

Its this way Caroline, we changed the way we see things, dictionaries turned sodomy to gay, can you see how just one word can cause this damage. In public you'd go to jail for calling a gay a sodomite, its Sodomy guys, they hunt down whomsoever they wish, all because somebody changed that word.
