I think the request is not to dispute, and that is not my intention at all. I am just asking you so I can understand your post in context.

No, not at all, this quote is precisely worded and I mean there is nothing, good nor bad that can take place in the universe without, at a minimum, God's permissive will. Satan, in Job, was only in the position to attack Job after God allowed it.

Some how these sound like contradictory statements to me.

I'm sorry that you do not see it but there is no conflict in these statements. Until I was indwelt of the Holy Spirit and then learned not to quench His leading I had no idea of the truth of God's relation or actually, His lack of relation to the Time/Space Continuum, created by Jesus, the Creator, for our benefit.

As I read through the scriptures, somewhere during the first four or five journeys through the Bible, I was taught by the Spirit of the lack of being bound by time in the case of God.

Without that understanding, I, like you, would not be able to see what I said in the OP either. I will say that I have yet to run into a person in charge of a ministry that, if they had not been taught this by the Spirit yet, that, before the next year was over, that did not agree with me.

It does, it appears to me, to require a read or two, maybe more, submission to the will of the Spirit and a god dea of prayer, in some cases before God gets the point across to some folks.

I agree, God not being bound by space or time is not hard to understand. As He always existed and is the beginning and the end. And yes He knows everything that has or will happen. I think the three Os are relevant here.
God is only bound by His own word, as He never lies.

You're right, about the three O's and nope, your right where I was coming from.

I don't know why we can't do a proper study under Bible Study because if a conversation develops into a contest, I just drop that person anyway.

We can, we just have to behave as though we are sitting right across the table or even next to the person we are talking to. So we don't say thing that may get us punched or pushed off a chair. Be respectful and realize that others may have a different point of view and then move on.

One person may see a Bible study as one person is the leader and everyone else should listen and learn. Someone else may see a Bible study as a group study where iron sharpens iron, so everyone has a voice and no one is frowned at. This is the type of study I prefer I've learned wonderful things from the mouths of babes, that don't have a lot of preconceived ideas. Coca Cola removes iron, oh that's rust, sometimes rust needs removing.

LOL! Coca Cola also removes acid build-up for the car's battery posts and and the lead wire ends, but don't tell anyone I told you that or they'll know I'm a really ancient Soldier.

I am the teacher in the Grumpy Old Men's Class when this stupid Auto-Immune disease let's me get out of bed without trying to pass my toe-nails out of my mouth. My first mission, given me by the Holy Spirit was to teach first through third grade and before I had taught for a full three years I had a hunger that would not be satisfied for the word of God and my Wife is a Deacon's kid and all three of her brothers are deacons, so she was my first commentary.

I also do not dominate my class and request and lead all the members to b inter-active and have had one of the Deacons call me out, in the class and we chewed that scripture over 'til we got it right in that class. I never waqnt to rule over anyone and our Pastor is the same way. If somebody disagrees he wants them to call it and to chew it over with him to see where the LORD leads.

Right now, the Genesis talking points are what my class is each Sunday until we finish the book. We just finished Daniel and we will vote for the next book two or three weeks before we end this study so I can prepare. when I'm to sick, I give my notes to Deacon Toby, via that sweet lady God gave me after I stopped looking because I knew that I as a failure at marriage. We've only been married for 23 years this past November 16 and we're still very married. I gues the honeymoon will end before to long now.

Sorry to hear you are ill, they say these are the golden years but I felt more golden at thirty.

It's nice when God gives us someone we can truly love forever. My husband and I were listening to Randy Travis and Josh Turner sing 'Forever and Ever Amen'. When all my hair fell out he loved me anyway, now his hair is falling out and I love him anyway. mine grew back though, his won't :wink

Sounds like you beat Cancer. My wife and my adopted daughter had that fight also and God blessed them with victory. The doctors say that Vietnam vets have such a high rate of MS because of the Agent Orange, Agent White and Agent Blue sprayed on usw in 'Nam.

The government has not owned that claim and had better never because we sprayed everyone from every nation that was there with us and against us, owning this would finish Obama's stated mission of breaking the U. S. down to Third World Status. And, while, I served three tours, trying to help the Little People, I was never ordered by the government to go there. You know, some folks are just silly when they are young and believe they are invincible and that was me... come to think of it, that's still me.

I was doing channukah, and listening the to the rabbi when he was talking about the shabat and then was reading what the old earthers were saying. the jews based there religious calendar on that first week of the creation story. the feast all start at sundown!
