I don't see how I am distorting the Christian message. I believe in a loving God also. But not a God who is only love.

The sons of he Kingdom are Jews, Israelites. That is to whom the Kingdom was promised. (Matt. 10:5-7) But not all Jews are sons of God. (Rom. 9:6) Concerning the verse you cited, (Matt. 8:12), it is the result of the believing Gentile in (8:5-10), contrast with the unbelieving Jew.

Loving the world is not loving everybody. It is loving the world order. If you want to say the 'world' there means 'everybody', then (1 John 2:15) means Christians are to love no one. "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him."

Note what Christ said in (John 10:26) when talking to the Jews, "But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep,...." He didn't say you are not my sheep because you don't believe. He said you don't believe because you are not mine.

I do believe we are predestined, due to Him foreknowing, but I believe everyone has a fair chance to repent so that when judgement day comes, God can show them how many chances they were given, but chose not to.
