Welcome aboard Eugene. Just like my signature says I was one of the nuts that helped the Killer Spades and the 229th Assault Helicopter Battalion. When the rioting American People forced not to help the Vietnamese People to be free any more, the 229th was the most decorated Aviation Battalion in the world and it never existed before the early sixties when we were developing the methods we used to complete our Operations.

if you like a good read that does not cost a fortune my book has just come out and it can be had at amazon in the UK, America and should be more for eleven, ninty-nine in print and for two ninety-nine for the downloadable file. I'm told I am a good story teller by people that do not know me but the book is about why, how and what happened to me in Vietnam.
