Hi, Just thought I would stop by and see how everyone is doing. I enjoyed posting on another Christian forum years ago but I got married and everything changed including my internet habits. I work with abused and neglected kids and I believe that is my calling from God. I am a fan of Jonathan Edwards and pretty much believe as he did including his belief in the sovereignty of God. I believe that Christian works flow naturally from a heart that is secure in the completed work of Jesus and we have done nothing to add to that work. But having said that I do not like to argue about Christian doctrine. I think that there are far better Christians than me who do not believe as I do so what is the point? I learn from the example of others as they reflect the love of God in their actions not by what they say that they believe.

I hope that I can make a few friends here. I am very interested in hearing about what God is leading you to do.

Welcome. God Bless, Your job sounds like a great ministry, abused and neglected kids need to see Gods love in action and hear his word. (so does the whole world but you know what I mean).
