if it's at least more difficult to find access to a gun the criminal markets for a gun would suffer based on the lack of planning that usually occures with oppurtinitistic crimes and crimes of passion. At least make it more difficult then being able to buy one at a pawn shop.

Just FYI:

Restricting availability of guns does not deter criminals from getting guns. It deters honest citizens from getting guns which they might use to defend them selves from armed criminals.

Criminals are not the ones committing "crimes of passion."

Convicted felons cannot purchase a firearm anywhere. They are on a list which is accessed when attempting to purchase a firearm. They don't buy their guns from the same sources that honest, law-abiding citizens use. They buy guns illegally from illegal suppliers.

Criminals who carry out opportunistic crimes already have their gun with them just in case the see an opportunity. That's prior planning.

Pawn shops that sell guns are required to do the same background check that a gun store is required to do. The impression that the jihadists in San Bernadino did not get their illegal in California assault rifles with their California illegal greater than 10 rounds magazines and their California illegal body armor and their nation wide illegal pipe bombs at a pawn shop.

None of the restrictions on guns that are in place through out the country have made any difference. California has some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country. Tough gun laws have done exactly nothing to reduce murder rates.

People who have a concealed carry permit have undergone an extensive FBI background check.

Actually, while mass shootings did drop way off, (to zero?) your armed robbery and murder rates went up a little after the gun ban. What has been demonstrated is that gun control laws are not a deterrent to crime.

so what happens if a person steals the guns and ammo or is law abiding citizen no criminal record .they buy the guns and ammo and later on go on a mass shooting?
in the states we have humteen gun laws. including a fed law felon is possession of a fire arm including a cross bow. /pellet gun or b.b gun. a mandatory of 10 years can be handed down. personally i oppose this law as it is useless .other than if a person is caught with a weapon or ammo .

They see them as opportunities to rob, rape, and murder unarmed, defenseless men, women and children.

Another way to reduce such incidents is to encourage people to be trained in the use of a weapon, get a permit to carry, and carry one at all times.

It is to be done solely through the Power, Person, and Agency of the Holy Spirit, and all strictly on spiritual terms. Worldliness = earthly solutions. The scripture says if you are a friend of the world you are a enemy of God's. Worldliness is attitudes and actions that leave God out.
