How would an Orthodox or an Unorthodox Israeli define image bearing Christianity?

that is a un thing.

isreal is a jewish state
the language of that state is Hebrew. the culture embraces judiasm while the government is secular.all jews are of isreal. I can if I so choose move to isreal and claim Judaism and would be paid to build a house there.

I don't get it? Is it or isn't it, the term Israeli, a term used for citizens of modern day Israeli?

yes, but you are addressing a jewish issue. thus you must go the jews not the isreali arabs. who would be Christians or some muslims. or the others (druzi)

the faith of the Hebrew isn't called isreali but Judaism.

the label of jew means that one practices Judaism and orthodox and ultra orthodox are sects of Judaism. though being a jew doesn'tonly mean one that practices that faith. im a jew and im a Christian.

Some Israelis are Christians, just as some Americans are Christians. An Israeli is a citizen of the State of Israel. It does not mean they adhere to any particular religion.
