[ Testimony ] I have been blessed! :')

Моя бабушка русская! I used to learn Russian for almost 2 years! No, Klaudia is not my sister. She's my very good friend, though!

Babushka? :) I see...

Okay; anyway, in the photos, you guys look very much alike... :)

PS: So did your friend also do a lot of travelling like you have done?

Estonia sounds like an interesting country, as well. Tallinn/Reval would be worth visiting.

Well, actually she was with me in Romania and Estonia! She travels almost as often as I do ;) I enjoyed Tallinn, but I stayed in a small city near Russia called Sillamae ;)

Oh so you guys went to Romania, too! I think you would have found Romanian easier to learn than Estonian, though.

Even I know Polish (which is probably considered to be the most difficult..) I totally agree with it! Estonian is a crazy language..

Estonian is supposed to be related to Finnish, except that Estonian has even more complicated inflections than Finnish does, apparently.

Did you see the huge, pointed spire at a church in Tallinn? and the big castle, which is the seat of government?

The St. Olav's Church! I did see that. Unfortunately I didn't have opportunity to see the castle..

Yes, well, maybe 'walled city' would be a reasonable term, also.

So did you learn any Estonian?

(I think you would find Létzebuergesch, in Luxembourg, would be easier to learn, though... :) )

People in Sillamae spoke Russian, so I didn't learn any Estonian..

I've been learning Latin for three years and I loved it!

Yes, well, Romanian is supposed to be based on Latin, spoken in the Roman province of Dacia. (Or so goes the theory; I wonder if linguists who cite its similarities with Illyrian, to which Albanian belongs, are also correct..)
