In Today's News

Hello everybody, welcome to another edition of tonight's news. :) We have a rather lengthy report tonight so I'm going to get right to it because I have other things to do tonight as well. :salute

First of all in tonight's news a man from South Carolina mistook his friend for a deer and accidentally shot him. :sad Here's more of the details and my thoughts and prayers go towards him for a rather quick recovery. :pray

And speaking of deer one decided to take a stroll through a Walmart in Wooster Ohio yesterday afternoon. Here's more on the story. :eek

Also The Shelby Police Department responded after a video of an officer running over a raccoon surfaced. Here's more of the details. :sad

And also this isn't really newsworthy but it sure is cute! :tongue

And a thirty-eight year old man who went into a clinic for circumcision wound up with a vasectomy instead. Here's more on the story. :nonono

Also after a woman was left stranded at a rest stop in Indiana, all hope seemed lost. That is until a stranger offered to help her get home. Here's more on the story. :)

And also a school in Minnesota is currently apologizing for throwing students' hot lunches away. Here's more. :nono

Finally in tonight's news Thanksgiving is exactly two weeks around the corner and find out how one man has decided to give back to his community. :)

That's all for tonight's news! Have a wonderful rest of the night and stay tuned for more news to come. :yes

Pleases park at least one metre away on both sides of my driveway so I don't have to wait for you to leave so I can leave my own driveway.

Road test.

What is the closest distance your vehicle may be parked to a vehicle entrance?

A. One metre
B. Two meters
C. Three meters
D. Four meters

Hello everybody, welcome to another edition of tonight's news. :)

I like the bridesmaids carrying puppies so people know they need adopting.

That's nice of Rubin Swift to prepare a Thanksgiving meal for all of those people.

Publicly humiliating those students just because their parents are not rich doesn't seem right.

May the Lord bless you.

its been a while but I believe its 10 ft in my state. I may be wrong. I usually give that if I can. sometimes while reading meter and its between a c drive, i can park in the middle. sometimes I cant because of the mail man. I had that problem today.

I agree with all that you said and I just wanted to add how upset I was about that poor raccoon. :sad The poor thing must have been so terrified at the end of its life. :crying I really do agree with those people and I think that there must have been a more humane way to kill it. Hopefully it's in a better place now. :halo

Also, that was very nice of that man to give that woman a ride, but I don't think that I would get into a car with somebody I didn't know. No matter who else in the family I talked to. It just doesn't seem very safe in my book. :nonono I would probably either call a Taxi (which is different even though I wouldn't know them either) or somebody else in my family to come and get me. Safety first! :yes

May the Lord bless you as well and today's news will be posted later on today. :)

Hello everybody, welcome to another edition of today's news. :) I don't think that we have a very long report today so I'm just going to go right ahead and hop to it! :boing

First of all in today's news a nine year old little boy from Belgium is currently on his way to earning his bachelor's degree. Here's more on this incredible story. :biggrin

Also wonderful news everybody! Larva the potbelly pig who was stolen from a little girl has recently been reunited with her and the rest of her family. Here's more. :thumbsup

And also a man from Chesterland Ohio is currently under fire for showing a controversial image in class yesterday. Here's more of the details. :nono

Finally in today's news a model with Down Syndrome from Twinsburg Ohio is hoping to be an inspiration to others. Here's more. :)

That's all for today's news! Have a wonderful weekend and God's blessings on you. :biggrin

Why did I get low 24% in all my exams except one subject I actually enjoyed and I passed it with flying colors. It was the only subject I was interested in so I passed it.

Okay, so you have the ability to learn what you are interested in. You just hate playing the game of memorizing a bunch of useless stuff that you have no interest in.

Why did I have to compulsory study English at high school, it's not like I was thinking of becoming a professional writter selling books.

Why on earth is the government and media always calling it a "buy back". I don't recall anyone ever purchasing there guns from the government.

A very small handful of humans decided that if you don't do what they say and hand in your guns then your a criminal.

The only people who probably feel safe in society is the police, I mean, who would not feel safe legally walking around with bulletproof vests, cuffs, tazers, pepper spray, and guns.

That's why I would always sit next to the window in every single compulsory English class and stare out the window all session I was already out, some people like to graffiti and draw amazing pictures on there books in different subjects they were so board...

Different people have different interests, and learn best by different methods. If school is not tailored to the individual, it can be 12 plus years of torture for some students. Maybe you would have liked studying electricity, auto mechanics, or music instead of English literature. Something that would have actually been useful to you in whatever career you chose. Albert Einstein was greatly interested in physics, but his teachers demanded that he memorize nonsensical trivia instead:

"School failed me, and I failed the school. It bored me. The teachers behaved like Feldwebel (sergeants). I wanted to learn what I wanted to know, but they wanted me to learn for the exam...I felt that my thirst for knowledge was being strangled by my teachers..." Albert Einstein

I have done a pre mensa IQ test a few years ago because I actually wanted to do it, not the IQ tests at school that I didn't want to do because I wasn't interested, and I failed both, I failed my school IQ tests because I just ticked and wrote anything and walked out like 5mins later, and the pre mensa test because only the very high IQ can get in. I apparently have a 126 IQ, not high enough to enter the mensa test.
