Tariffs,I know soldeirs who bought bmws abd shupped them to themselves once they left Germany, saved 20 grand,a BMW for under 20 grand in 80s,90s money isn't too expensive. Of course safety features are different ,but it had the basics .

A 13 year old can shoot people just as well as an adult can. In some countries, 13 year old soldiers tote rifles, and use them. In some inner city neighborhoods, 13 year olds carry real guns on the street. Partially an artifact of the drug wars and drug financed gangs.

I wonder if that was an attempted kidnapping with the window.

The net is like that. It needs maintenance once in awhile just like YouTube did.
