The driver who ran away from the Olivia Florez accident did not seem to be concerned that the police would trace their identity from car registration. I wonder if it was yet another car hijacking joy ride?

I don't think it's a wise decision to re enter and spend all that coin, and if they get there I don't think there will be any evidence. The govn trying to get brownie points. The last govn should have just dumped tonnes of concrete on it. Just my opinion.

Edit. I didn't know but I think it was not a legal fishing spot, it was a marine reserve. So yeah that changes things. You cannot fish in a marine reserve. It's not a legal fish.

Im trying to find the facts if it was a legally caught fish or not. I think it might have been a "community marine reserve" after looking further, then someone was saying it had no fish signs. I just want to know if it was a private marina with a no fishing sign or a marine reserve.
