18) Looking for Job

- Coming back to Job 6:25

- Are the three individuals who come to Job “the devil’s cavalry”?

- Well, pretty bad choice because JOB answers back with a NUCLEAR WEAPON from the pit where the devil has put him!

19) Looking for Job

- Coming back to this verse in Job 6:25

- HONEST WORDS – BENEFIT – REPROOF

- ENCOURAGING PEOPLE IS A POWERFUL WEAPON!

- SOMETIMES WE CAN ALSO ENCOURAGE BY OUR PRESENCE MEANING IT IS NOT ALWAYS NECESSARY TO SAY A WORD!

- THERE IS A TIME FOR EVERYTHING!

- IN A MEAL WE CAN ADD SALT OR PEPPER TO MAKE IT TASTIER!

- SOMETIMES IT IS GOOD WITHOUT SALT AND PEPPER!

20) Looking for Job

- The three individuals sent by the devil to Job offer him a bad meal!

25) Looking for Job

- AND THIS KIND OF FOOD IS ONLY SERVED AT JOB’S TABLE! OF COURSE THERE ARE OTHER TABLES WHICH ARE EXCELLENT TOO!

26) Looking for Job

- JOB IS DEFINITELY AN INCREDIBLE AND POWERFUL SOURCE OF INSPIRATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT AND INVITATION TO GOD’S TABLE AND THIS BEYOND WORDS!

The book of Job has a lot of information that other books only brush up against.
However
It takes the rest of the whole old and new testaments, the words of Jesus, the leading of the Holy Spirit to understand.

Now these comments may seem secular, and some may be. Job is a book that does exactly that (contrasts secular thoughts with Gods truth.

Looking for Job:
Through a spotting scope
Through a telescope
Through a microscope
Through God’s eyes
Through blindspot eyes
Through ego eyes
Through personal arrogance eyes
Through angry eyes
Through what I believe eyes
Through hearing without seeing

Job finally knew what the prophets describe.
Matthew 13:17 kjv
17. For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.

1 Peter 1:10 kjv
10. Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should comeunto you:

Job had God show and explain true creation nature.
On that’s subject we might look at Elihu.
Did God mention Elihu?
Job 38:1 kjv
1. Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
2. Who is this that darkeneth counsel by words without knowledge?
Matthew 13:10 kjv
10. And the disciples came, and said unto him, Why speakest thou unto them in parables?
11. He answered and said unto them, Because it is given unto you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.

God was ignoring the chapters long whirlwind speech of (IMHO) Elihu, but God was explaining the truth to Job.

Don’t believe eddif but search, ask questions.
