Our salvation is in Mary

And who Did Jesus come thru?

Jesus was born of a virgin by the power of the Holy Spirit.

Mary gave birth to the flesh and blood Man Jesus Christ.

Mary is not the mother of God.

God is Spirit.

God is Spirit.
You are in effect saying Jesus Christ is not God!

You are in effect saying Jesus Christ is not God!

You are misrepresenting me.

Christians here who have been around, know my teaching and stance that Jesus Christ is LORD; YHWH the LORD God.

Again, the Virgin Mary gave birth to the flesh and blood Man Jesus Christ.

For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, 1 Timothy 2:5

Mary is not the Mother of God.

God is Spirit. Mary did not give birth to Spirit.

That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 3:6

No she gave birth to Christ
The entire person of Christ

Her relationship makes her mother of God

Was God in Mary?
Was our salvation in Mary?

Did God will to come to us thru Mary?

No she gave birth to Christ
The entire person of Christ

Her relationship makes her mother of God

Was God in Mary?
Was our salvation in Mary?

Did God will to come to us thru Mary?

So you believe Mary is God?

So you believe Mary is God?
How did you reach that conclusion?

I said she is mother of God by relationship

Jesus is God!

Mary is the mother of Jesus Christ!

Mary is the Mother of God!

A woman has a son who is the president.
She is His mother.
She is the mother of the president!

Not the cause not the source but the mother by relationship.

Mary is the mother of God cos Jesus is God!
Not cause or source of God.

Theotokos God bearer!
Do you deny this too?

And it is bound on earth bound in heaven by Christ’s authority in His church in apostasy council
Matt 16:18-19

Apostolic Council Of Ephesus – 431 A.D.

If anyone does not confess that Emmanuel is God in truth, and therefore that the holy virgin is the mother of God (for she bore in a fleshly way the Word of God become flesh) let him be anathema.

And in scripture Lk 1:43

1. Those who faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary shall receive signal graces.

2. I promise my special protection and the greatest graces to all those who shall recite the Rosary.

3. The Rosary shall be a powerful armor against hell. It will destroy vice, decrease sin, and defeat heresies.

4. The recitation of the Rosary will cause virtue and good works to flourish. It will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God. It will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities, and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary shall not perish.

6. Those who recite my Rosary devoutly, applying themselves to the consideration of its sacred mysteries, shall never be conquered by misfortune. In His justice, God will not chastise them; nor shall they perish by an unprovided death, i.e., be unprepared for heaven. Sinners shall convert. The just shall persevere in grace and become worthy of eternal life.

7. Those who have a true devotion to the Rosary shall not die without the sacraments of the Church.

8. Those who faithfully recite the Rosary shall have, during their life and at their death, the light of God and the plenitude of His graces. At the moment of death, they shall participate in the merits of the saints in paradise.

9. I shall deliver from purgatory those who have been devoted to the Rosary.

10. The faithful children of the Rosary shall merit a high degree of glory in heaven.

11. By the recitation of the Rosary you shall obtain all that you ask of me.

12. Those who propagate the holy Rosary shall be aided by me in their necessities.

13. I have obtained from my Divine Son that all the advocates of the Rosary shall have for intercessors the entire celestial court during their life and at the hour of their death.

14. All who recite the Rosary are my beloved children and the brothers and sisters of my only Son, Jesus Christ.

15. Devotion for my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.

None of this is in the bible, none of it agrees with the bible, which teaches that salvation is in the name of Jesus and through faith in Jesus.

No where in the bible are we taught to use rote prayers as a method of gaining salvation.

Where does the bible say it needs to be in the Bible to be true?

Christ founded a church to teach all men matt 28:19

Eph 6:13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints;

We learn from the bible about sin, about Jesus and we also learn how the Israelites added the practices of the surrounding nations to their worship.
We also read of God's condemnation of the adding to those practices listed in scripture.

John wrote at the end of revelation that to those who added to his writing, would also relieve the plagues mentioned in revelation.

As you know, All scripture is useful for teaching, training and rebuking and as it says in Hebrews, scripture is living and active judging between spirit and soul.

We see in scripture God is jealous for his honour and glory, giving it to idols is not a good idea.

( idol:- any object or person other than the trinity )

Giving what to what idols? We have no idols

Why does it need be “spelled out” in scripture for you to believe it?

Christ is our teacher!

This is “spelled out” in scripture!

Heb 1:1-2

1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,

2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds;

And this extends to His apostolic church, Christ and His church are one and inseparable! Acts 9:4 Jn 15:5 eph 5:32 acts 2:42

Jesus Christ is the Light of the world! Jn 8:12
Apostolic church the light of the world! Matt 5:14

Must Hear Jesus Christ! Matt 17:5
Acts 3:23
Must Hear the apostolic church! Matt 18:17 1 Jn 4:6

Authority of Jesus Christ! Matt 28:17
Authority of the apostles! Jn 20:21

Jesus Christ has Reconciliation!
2 cor 5:19
Apostles have ministry of Reconciliation! 2 cor 5:18

Jesus Christ have power to forgive mens sins! Lk 5:20 Jn
Apostles have power to forgive mens sins! Jn 20:23

Jesus Christ is the truth! Jn 14:6
The apostolic church is the pillar of truth! 1 Tim 3:16

For the apostolic authority in Holy church decided and decreed (bound on earth / bound in heaven) the canon of Scripture, and is the only authentic interpreter of scripture!

The Christian faith is revealed by Christ!

Jesus Christ gave His apostles the fullness of truth, the apostolic church our mother and teacher is commanded by Him to teach and to sanctify with her sacraments (the promise of the spirit) all men unto eternal salvation!

This is “spelled out” in scripture and
we are commanded to believe and obey! Matt 28:19 1 Jn 4:6

Thks

You right the fullness of divine revelation was complete with the apostle John and there is no new doctrine.

Thks

Not “scripture alone”!

Matt 5:14 are the apostles the light (truth) of the world or “scripture alone”?
Matt 6:33 must we seek the truth in the kingdom or “scripture alone”?
Matt 13:11 do the apostles know these or “scripture alone”?
Matt 18:17 must we hear the church or “scripture alone”?

Lk 1:4 are we to be instructed or search and make our own doctrine according to “scripture alone”?
Lk 10:16 is the teaching of the apostles the teaching of Christ or “scripture alone”?
Jn 1:18 revealed by Christ not scripture alone?
Jn 8:32 do the apostles know the truth or “scripture alone”?

*this one alone is enough to refute “sola scriptura “!
Col 2:7 taught or “scripture alone”?
Eph 4:5 the faith revealed by Christ or “scripture alone”?
Heb 13:7 spoken the word of God or “scripture alone”?
Heb 13:17 do they teach you the faith or “scripture alone”?

Jude 1:3 the faith revealed by tradition (handed) to the apostles or “scripture alone”?

Anything that receives prayers, honour, veneration, worship etc that is not God or Jesus, is an idol.
But God is the source of all good and does receive our prayers

prayer honor veneration are not worship

Worship requires intent

JLB

JLB,
I understand where you are coming from, however, when the Word became Flesh, the Lord united humanity with His Divinity in an inexplicable way.
The Church has always maintained that the Two Nature's of Christ are inseparable and undivided
. Thus, Mary is the mother of the Second Person of the Trinity.

But God is the source of all good and does receive our prayers

prayer honor veneration are not worship

Worship requires intent

Thks
Yes God is the source of all that is good, but God only receives prayers addressed to him, those address to idols, false gods, images, icons etc are not received by him.

As you say it is the intent that is important. So how do you differentiate between veneration, the bowing before an object and worship, the bowing before an object?

Like the picture of a cowboy kneeling before a cross? Is he adoring a tree? Worshipping wood?
No cos he has no intention of doing so
Our prayers are to God thru the intercession of the saints

God is the source of all good and all praise, veneration, honor given to the saints ends in God as from yhe source! Lk 1:49
