I just realized what an irony it is that the prosperity gospel teachers who teach having bold, outrageous, and confident faith don't do that for themselves in regard to their own personal protection. Hmmmm.....

The thing is' time and chance happens to us all. Now if God wants to do His devine intervention He will. And below is what Jesus in the Gospel of Luke had to say about time and chance' when a tower fell on some people.

Luke 13:1-4

Yeah, but if a pastor says to get totally wild and radical faith and 'tithe' a million dollars into his ministry of teaching people that God will give back to those who give money to those who teach others to give money to further the ministry of teaching others to give to ministries that teach......you get the point.....then why shouldn't they themselves step out in totally radical and outrageous faith that no enemy will hurt them at any one moment in time while they teach others to give money to ministries that teach others to give money to ministries that teach others to give money to...so on and so on....?

I think He meant use the body guards to steal the tithe.

There is no force on this earth that can protect you if Satan has a place to kill you. We have been warned not to give the devil a place.

Jesus said take nothing then said take Swords.

If God said have body Guards, then you best have them, if God never told you to have body guards then having them puts you in danger.

If I were in a church in Florida the kindest thing I could do for this harm seeker would be to try to stop him before he took a life.
Florida has the death penalty. 78 people have been executed since 1979 and as of Aug. 2013 there are 404 awaiting to die.

Don't think fleshly (worldly) but spiritually. When believers serve the church or your job with a willing heart with time, talent, and their treasure you have just made God first. This is what tithing is. A bodyguard for a pastor, a law enforcement officer, or the military are specially blessed. [ Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one's life for one's friends. It is time for Christians to understand their purpose for life.

You are blind to the truth.
Our military are aggressors.
We are in over 130 countries.
We ignore countries where Christians are being killed unless there is money interest.
What person in Iraq is threatening us?

Our police force I see differently.
They are there to protect the innocent.
I'm sure they do their job the best they can.

But a bodyguard for a pastor?
If I was a body guard and a pastor wanted to hire me to protect him, I'd say, "what's the matter, isn't Jesus good enough"?

A gun can guard against some of the ways the power of darkness attacks... I see a gun no different then if a person used his/her size to protect them self or others... Are you tell me you would not do anything to protect your self and others from a bad guy? Would you roll up a car window to keep a bad guy out? does a piece a glass protect from the powers of darkness? Do you lock doors? if so why a door does not keep out the powers of darkness ... Do those who lock doors not have faith? In the OT women were taught not to go any where alone. Ever ask your self why? Was it because the power of darkness can only attack one at a time?

I was very thankful John did not have to shoot any one that night... We were not the fist family they hit nor the last.... They went on with the crime spree and killed an old man raped the wife in a home invasion ... That was their MO...

What is the difference between Thank you Lord for this roof over my head. ( a form of protection) and thank you Lord for the protection my dad offers me. Thank you Lord for the cops.... Thank you Lord for the ability to protect myself and loved ones?
