There's a lot more than just going to a big Church event and singing.
You have to apply Christian teaching to everyday life. Praying, asking God "How can I serve you today?"
Over the weekend I saw this video on people walking right by a kitten crying for help in the rain. People were just walking right by the poor thing, and finally someone came to help him. The guy happened to be part of an animal rescue who took the kitten in, cleaned him up and he needed an IV. The guy later adopted the kitten himself but sees this happens too often.
The point is however is that there is seemingly a short supply of people like this and I don't know if any of those people who just walked by the kitten were religious or not but that's the kind of everyday thing that happens when people are not listening to God. And there are people who supposedly are Christians but they lack a real connection with God.
It's one thing and it is a good thing that people are seeking out Christianity, that's only part of process and some don't really go beyond that process. I don't know whether the teacher at these revivals can really help these people through that process. I'd hope they would do this.
It's really up to the people seeking God out to grow and really gain a communication and relationship with God.
