Another time, perhaps, for getting a picture of the lagoon looking west.

As it is, the photo you shared is absolutely perfectly framed! With the flora in front of the fence, to the waterway, to the house across the water.... perfect view!

Those can be prolific, mother-in-law's tongues. I don't have any of them now ... I used to, but found it was becoming difficult to find homes for the ones I thinned out.

That was interesting information about beacons. Didn't know the history of Totten beacons, so it was good to finally learn the back story! Thanks!

Lighthouses are fascinating as well.

I've wanted to see the one in St Augustine ... it's supposed to be 'haunted' ......oh, yea!

The closest to me is the one at the Cape then the one at jupiter inlet
