city already paid for it. the covb had to clean it up. renting it for the price that has been asked by croom isn't going to happen. I think there was some shady deal with croom and the city if you ask me. I have heard that croom is leasing it but hasn't been able to do anything with it. I didn't take a picture of the temp pole near it that is active. If someone bought it, it would probably cost a fortune to clean up from the contamination. It might not be in a very desirable location. I always hate to see neat buildings go to waste.
thanks to mr john dean. he was asked to restore that to its current glory. its said he visited the Patio, and other places of Waldo's work to get inspiration and he pulled it off. I will not post pics of the patio.im saving that interesting restaurant along with the ocean grill for the days I go to do the routes. ah and Szechuan Palace too. Sexton used some odd stuff the canons are from a wreck and he uses really odd ball stuff. that is why John dean had to study him so that nothing would look odd in the restoration. you really cant tell
yes. bells , I have seen but nothing at the home and garden. the only place I cant visit are the razed waldo's mountain and his ranch way out west of town. his home I have mentioned which is now waldo's secret garden. that was his diary then by marriage become the tripson dairy that I loveI read he had a thing for bells, a collection of around 250, that he use everywhere.
I shall have some to post in the morning . these will be ww2 relics. since I was talking about my airport I figured I will go post the relics. it wont be interesting to you here as it will be old foundations and two water cisterns used by the city.
those aren't small. lolWell, when you've seen one cistern, you've seen 'em all, basically.
those aren't small. lol

I haven't a clue its not uncommon . the city has one. it had three at the main plant. Why is it open?
bah its at the most three stories. the sewer ones are taller. any way im off to bedAlrighty, then.
Yea, I don't think I'd want to climb up that high to look into a cistern. When I'm on the earth, I don't care much for heights. (Flying is altogether a different story!)
