I think that has a three floor evelator

That's quite an interesting design. The tree (upper right hand) blocks a part of the house from view. The house doesn't look very large at all.

It's large.I took it from a distance and you can't see it fully.

Talk about perspective!

Seeing how the tree is a shrub ...

Then it's quite a house!

I took it not far from this ,in fact this is smaller.that is just east and from a1a isn't very big.it's not a small home either but of three on 23rd st the blue home is the largestView attachment 7612

I really like the landscaping on this one!
They trimmed up that lot.it was way too thick of palm fronds.it must be traveling palm seed time as all of them but the sprouts have the seed pods out

It doesn't take all that long for nature to reclaim an area. So I can understand they would trim up the landscaping to reclaim some sunlight!

Trim more like cut down to reasonable size.I should have done a before and after pic

I property I bought years ago had 4 large fruit trees, a large walnut tree ... an oversized grape arbor ... 3 pine trees ... and some shrubbery and peony bushes .... and they were ALL in a backyard that was a pleasant size but not large enough to truly handle all that growth.

An ice storm took out the huge apple tree .... the edge of a tornado "unscrewed" two other fruit trees .... a different storm took out another apple tree ......... that was during the first year and a half of owning that property. (That was a house that needed a complete overhaul ... the prior owner had drilled holes in the hardwood floors to run extension cords for provide for more electrical items ... really odd)

I like the private balcony on the second floor. I can only imagine the view they have from that space!

I saw some peacocks a few weeks ago.

Their plumage can be so startling in color variations ..... quite lovely!
