Nothing Can Separate Us From the Love of God

Romans 8

38 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, 39 nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

I will continute to believe the scriptures. I am convinced that NOTHING can separate ME from the love of God. I am secure in Jesus Christ, and will not lose my salvation.

Even the demons believe in Jesus! They were with God. They know God! But they are not saved.

Even if Judas was a believer, he was NOT saved.

John 6

70 Jesus answered them, “Did I not choose you, the twelve, and one of you is a devil?†71 He spoke of Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon, for it was he who would betray Him, being one of the twelve.

Judas Iscariot was a devil! He was not saved.

Not All Who Say Lord, Lord ...

Matthew chapter seven

There are those who even work miracles, and in the name of the Lord, but are not saved.

So, just because Judas worked miracles, that does not mean he was saved, then lost his salvation.

You see, God will say to them that He NEVER knew them! They were NEVER saved in the first place.

I certainly do not believe in unconditional eternal security. That is simply not true. Salvation has conditions. Faith is one condition. How on earth can we enter without faith? Holiness is another condition.

Well if your holy enough to get into heaven and can tick all the boxes and pass all the tests, I wish you well, you must be one of the special chosen few. It seems to me your definition of salvation has left Christ out of it.

What you believe is not the Biblical Christian faith. You need to be aware of that fact.

Be careful unless you have a literal cloven tongue of fire permanently over your forhead, you arent saved yet. Have a look in the mirror, if it aint there, your doomed.

John 10:28

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand.

Jesus has given me eternal life. I shall never perish. Nobody can take away my eternal salvation!

I pray that you will see this truth someday, and find true peace in Jesus Christ. You cannot have true peace, thinking that you might lose your salvation. You will be miserable everyday, confused, wondering if you did something, anything, that caused you to lose your salvation.

Lord Jesus, show us your truth, and give us your peace, and assurance that you have promised us, so that we will know that we are Yours, and that we can rest in your peace, knowing that we belong to You, forever ... !!! Amen.

Why is it so hard to grasp that our salvation is assured by accepting Christ as our lord and savior. If someone does sin on purpose you think that he will lose his salvation. We sin on purpose every day sometime we know it, other times we don’t.

Oh my, this is what I mean by mainstream is watering down Jesus' messages and Salvation. Please read the Bible with open heart and mind thoroughly yourself without anyone's influence. Start from the New Testament.

Why is it so hard to grasp that our salvation is assured by accepting Christ as our lord and savior. If someone does sin on purpose you think that he will lose his salvation. We sin on purpose every day sometime we know it, other times we don’t. When we do things that we know are wrong but at the time thinking that since it is just a small thing for instance:
You are ridding down the road and see an old man trying to change a tire, but you are in a hurry you just can’t stop to help. By Gods account you committed a sin by not helping.
A sin as small as this to God is just the same as the sin killing someone. We all have free will and God lets us make mistakes and as with all children sometimes you have to stand back and watch them fall, but that does not mean they are not still your child. If a son had committed murder and his father tried distance himself from his son and tell everyone that this is not my son. He can no more do this as the sun not rise the next day. It is the same when you are a child of God. Jesus has already paid the price for our sins. You are his child forever, in good and bad. A gift you give someone you don’t take back because of what they do with it or you don’t take it back because they try to give it back to you. It was given freely just as our salvation is given to us freely with no strings attached.

Actually this is not the true gospel. You are just giving back here, what the church has taught you. Its a human interpretation of what we THINK the gospel should be, but in reality God is after something else.You are ignoring a lot of scriptures in favor of the opinions of man.

Sorry, I am not trying to antagonize you, but you must read your Bible for yourself WITH prayer.Just once ask the Lord if what you have written here, is in line with the WHOLE revelation of the Bible regarding salvation.

What is the true Gospel? We all read out bibles mate. Some of us for decades, we already know what it says. I read the whole new testament this month.

That is not enough to read it: Mat 13:13 Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand.

We can spend all out lives studying the Bible and still 2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

We read the same Bible and yet we believe two very different things. I read my Bible for thirty years before God changed my mind about what I believed. It only happened after I asked Him in desperation.

Its what he didnt do, not what he did do. You don't seem to crasp this simple concept. I suggest you pray to the Lord and ask him to show you if you are wrong.

Exactly. But tell me now. What exactly did He free us from. (Would you start with this in your answer please )

He freed us from Spritial death, Going to Hell. The seperation of us from him. The worry about being perfect. The worry about am I good enough to get into heaven. The worry about an I truley saved.
Only God knows your heart, not anybody else. We were born in sin because of Adam and we will die in sin. But I am a saved sinner.

Brother, Jesus did not teach that. He actually gave us many instances where He points out the conditions of salvation. Here is just one of them: Mat 16:24 ¶ Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.


Mat 16:25 For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.

(because and here is the condition )!:Luk 14:27 And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. I know many Christians who do not take up their cross and yet, they believe that they can get to heaven even without being a disciple (follower) of Christ.]

He was talking to the people that were following him at the time, not us today. The cross has already been taken up for us.

By faith that manifest itself. Those who manifest salvation WILL bear the fruit of it, thirty, sixty or a hundred fold will be chosen. God only wants Christ. He is not interested in our old sinful lives. He wants that live to be declared dead and crucified. So if we believe that we can only believe in a physical Jesus and be saved, without dying to self: We are deceived.

We have to use faith in what has been done for us. Then that faith must come to manifestation . Jesus came to take the sin of the world away, not just to forgive it.We are not to be in bondage to sin anymore. Most Christians believe its OK to just live it, because they believe not even God can help them to stop sinning. Do you believe its within God's power to make you stop sinning, or is the devil stronger ?

Jesus did not just buy us "fire-insurance" He did much more than that. Freedom from the curse means freedom from the curse. Not some half baked little salvation that has these little sinning worms running around. No, it is a Godly salvation that actually cost Jesus His life. With that He paid FULLY, so that we can now overcome.

Why do Christians not know how to overcome? Why is it not preached? Only those who overcome gets to get eternal life and yet that is ignored and pushed aside. Most chant the mantra" Only believe in Jesus" Yes sure, believe, but then you have to walk in that believe. He said we will walk as He walked.

So many verses tell us to bear fruit and yet we think it means to just be kind to our neighbor. Read the parable of the Sower and see how the Word , which falls into the hearts of Christians either bears Fruit (Christ) or not. Also see that Jesus says that the Word MUST bear fruit either 30, or 60 or 100 fold. The Christian with 100 fold is definitely not the same as the one who bears 30 fold. Paul says to be careful nobody takes your crown.

Salvation is Christ. So those who are saved manifests Christ.
