Do you still have the right to due process and right to jury trial?

How 'bout the people in Guantanamo? Have they any rights? Have they had any trial? In a court of law are these men guilty?

we christians fought for that right and i had friends who did go to jail for homeschooling, but they were realised and the state supreme court said that they had the right to teach their kids.that was in the 70's.

If they have been convicted in a court of law then they will recieve just punishment and any penalties that are due to them.

If they are SUSPECTED then they desreve due process and a trial by jury.

google or find a site that explains what the geneva convention(s) actually says about lawful detention of detainees and also what constitute an enemy combatant and what is a war crime.

its not hard. and then tell me what it says and you understand where i am coming from on the gitmo detainees and also what is says about the non actors and what it doenst deal with.

the very notion of those conventions come from clara barton a christian that started the red cross/international red cross.
