Sounds like a lot of bending of Scripture to get where you want to go. BTW, the Church doesn't take a position on evolution except to note that there's nothing in Scripture or the Magesterium that is contrary to it.

The Church quite properly says the question of evolution is a scientific one, unless someone tries to make it a proof against God. Scientists agree with that.

Yeah this sorta is similar to why our school Chaplaincy Program has been challenged in the High Court. It's disappointing though because the Chaplains are for moral support and not religious instruction.

yes and that in part would be a problem in that if creationism is allowed then we would have to allow all other versions of it. muslims,jews and so forth. I don't mind if they did in a religious class. but it has to be equal. I prefer if one has the wherewithal. to homeschool or private school.
