Oh No.

I'm kidding Brock.
Music is becoming sound, instead of music.
Sounds and the beat, over and over.
Like disco music. It puts you into a trance, just like it's supposed to.

The music doesn't bother me. The words do.
I also don't like some rap for the same reason.
I like music that elevates man to a higher ground.

Complicated subject.

1. I agree.
2. I've known people with lotsa money that depend on God.
3. Every church has failed us. The Catholic church can't pick up the tab for hospital care...
4. Maybe. Maybe not. Maybe I can't. Maybe I help in other ways.
5. I agree.
6. Don't agree. Money frees one up to do what they want to do. I was able to choose a good nursing home for my father because he had money to pay for it. The government ones were not very nice.

Money freed us up to get quick and good care for my granddaughter.
It's allowed her to have straight teeth by getting braces.
Help for her breathing problem which was not being picked up by the USL which is the govt healthcare system.

If does free you up to take better care of yourself.

Where do you get off telling everyone people are putting money before Gods salvation?

I think telling everyone by implying some people are putting money before Christs salvation is more offencive than saying if someone thinks money or investments are bad then walk the talk and sell everything and give to the poor.

This is where it all started.

"Even the mention of free salvation on a Christian website can't get people's minds off of money."

I mentioned free salvation and everyone , including you ignored my statement and and kept talking about their God, money.
Am I wrong?
Am I the only one that finds Christ in this merry season giving us salvation something worthy to talk about or is money the only thing that matters?

humble is one of my favorite songs though it is very awesome.

But this is the derailing thread and we were just having a discussion on bitcoin in general discussion its general news. And maybe to some of us everyday is a merry season.

Its a conversation we have been having for a couple days. Did you expect us to stop talking about it because you made a comment about Gods salvation as if we havent freely recieved it.


Anyhow lets move on.

Salvation is far more valuable than Bitcoins though, so we are okay.

600 million.

Yes salvation is more valuable and we praise the Lord, also if I dumped a hard drive that was now worth 600 million I also would try find it. It has nothing to do with Gods salvation or the love of money. I just lost 600 million somewhere so im trying to find it. If you lost your car in a parking lot you also would try find it.

Since he doesn't have the hard drive, and can't sell his Bitcoins, that makes all of the other Bitcoins more valuable. The $60 million doesn't disappear, it just goes to the people who kept their hard drives.
 
Im not going to invest in it. But it's just interesting, thats how im looking at it, as we move towards a more cashless society where its going. I just like general knowledge of whats going on in the world.

I have learned to be satisfied with the things I have and with everything that happens. I know how to live when I am poor, and I know how to live when I have plenty. I have learned the secret of being happy at any time in everything that happens, when I have enough to eat and when I go hungry, when I have more than I need and when I do not have enough. I can do all things through Christ, because he gives me strength. Philippians 4:11b-13 NCV

Couldn't remember the wording, even though I like this verse so much.
Jesus is our joy, but yes, it's better when we don't go hungry!
