The Derailing Thread Part Two

No worries. They said I won't go on the trip until they figure out how to pay for it first. Space Adventures, which organizes private trips aboard Russian space ships, estimates that a trip to the moon will cost about $350 million for two. If he sets aside $50 per month from his Social Security check, it will take 583,333 1/3 years to raise the cash. Plenty of time to get ready.
It's good to see you are planning it.

I'm only up at 4am because I'm going fishing at 6am. My alarm was set for 5am. Lol. If it was a work day I would still be sleeping until last minute and snooze button.

I think that means that a bad day fishing is still better than a good day working.

That was the worst day fishing. Lol. I caught nothing. Well i did catch a heap of small ones and I nearly hooked a big amberjack but it wasn't hungry enough it was just playing around. I come here me empty handed so I guess that counts as catching nothing. Usually I do quite well.

And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes. John 21:6 KJV

It's long weekend so everyone was out fishing today. I think I did the worst out of everyone .lol. I caught nothing and everyone I know caught fish. For the first time people acturally gave me fish for dinner. Lol. Seldom does that happen. But I had a good time anyhow.

I'm on a local fishing page and everyone was posting photos how good the fishing was yesterday, even lots of kids caught some good size reds, and me, nothing. Lol. My fishing buddy sent me photos of the massive amberjacks he got, it took me hours before I replied because he knew I got nothing. No need for everyone to shove it in my face so I block all notifications from fishing page until I get over it and stop having a cry. Lol.

It's a good day for fishing today so when I finish painting the deck I'm going out and I'm going to catch something.

I was talking to people on the net about an article on epigenetic aging in the Journal of Aging. We were trying to make sense of its finding that exercise apparently doesn't significantly affect epigenetic aging. Exercise does have other benefits though.

Then I surfed over to this web site to catch up on the news.

I cannot remember the last time I excercised. Unless walking counts.
It's only modern times. Think of all the stone agers, they all lived healthy and never rode a bike or went the gym. Adam lived like 900 years.
